Between The Worlds

Since Raphel is going to hide his identity, the best selling place for his potions is definitely dungeon! His potions are special, but also more risky to hold. After all, it's very easy to spill out the liquid and break the bottles!

Unlike medicine pills that can be taken from the ground!

"Hello."

"Hello! Mr. Raphel."

In order to enter the dungeon, Raphel had to first go through small talk with miss receptionist. She had bright smile on her face as she knew Raphel! After all, this lady is the same lady that got the equipment he had gathered.

The elephant human was also on the watch! It's as if the friends gathering is going on!

"Here is the money."

"Yes, thank you very much. I hope you will survive through."

After paying the entrance fee, Raphel entered the dungeon. Miss Receptionist who saw Raphel confident eyes was pleasantly surprised! Not only he seemed more confident as if he found out a new way in his life.

But also he didn't cause any ruckus, just paid needed fee and left! What's more, he also smiled to the elephant human on his way as if they truly were friends. The young man growth was something she appreciated.

'Let's hope he won't cause any commotion when he comes back.'

The mood of the married lady became much better after small talk!

"Hey, blue snake."

"..."

Raphel was currently on 1st floor. Immediately after arriving in the civilized dungeon, he extended his hand to c.a.r.e.s.s the blue snake's scales as she was currently on her mini form. He found it stupid and strange.

"It's fine to stay quiet in the city, but here, it's only two of us, right? What's your name?"

"...Medusa."

Medusa? Raphel narrowed his eyes as he kinda heard such name. Isn't this the name of some mythical creature or something like that? He took it as special and brightly spoke.

"That's unique name. Where I come from, this name represents gorgeous and strong lady!"

Raphel wasn't sure whether it's truth, but Medusa sounds nice! And since he know its special name, he emphasised it more as the happiness from blue snake answering him overtook his mood. Each time she talks, the pleasant to listen to voice arise which was just urging Raphel to keep the conversation on.

"As you know, we are going to 13th floor."

It was Shi's idea to go here. She told him that this floor is fire floor as there is huge volcano in the middle. It's so huge that the whole floor is covered with cracks coming out from it. Those cracks make the whole floor hard to explore as they are thick as canyons.

"That's right! The young bear."

Tutu, the young bear appears.

"Let's go, partner."

Roar!

Raphel had no problems going all the way to the 13th floor. In fact, it looked like the three of them were tourists... Not only the floors had a lot of people fighting with monsters, but those floors were also conquered, so the roads between the floors were pretty much void of any monsters.

"Holy, this volcano is really huge..."

"Indeed."

His first visit here was quite rough. Raphel couldn't really focus on looking around as he carried the carriage! But now, he could sedately stay on his two feet and marvel at the volcano that was spewing out the huge amount of lava.

The cracks here were bright, shining with soil that was clearly polished by lava. When he saw those, Raphel turned to the young bear and asked whether he wants to comeback to his pocket dimension!

Roar!

It was angry roar, so he doesn't! At this place, Raphel already decided to change into his special robe and mask. He had simple plan and that was to sell the potions to those who are severely wounded or in tough situation.

Because everyone here uses fire, it was easy to show how effective his potions are by pouring the water on scratched by fire skin.

"I am too weak to openly sell potions. This is good way, right?"

"Right."

Of course, the young bear could easily expose his identity. That's why, Raphel took out red leafs and soil to maks the whole body! It wasn't hard as the young bear is quite small.

"Pfff, you look like monsters from this place now."

Roar!

Jumping above cracks, Raphel was avoiding the eyes of many fire monsters, but not humans or other races. He exposed his unique outfit to everyone just like his attitude which was no fighting, only looking!

"Brik!"

Soon enough, he heard a loud shot. There was group ahead of him that was running away from fire monster. It was as big as the young bear's father and had image similar to fire goat... The huge mouth had ferocious teeth that were spewing the flames everytime those teeths tasted the air.

ROAAAAAAAR!

And the man called Brik suddenly fell! His leg broke as he stumbled on the fire tree's root! Losing balance was truly unfortunate here... However, his friends were indeed good friends as they didn't give up his life, but turned around to face the monster!

"Their equipment is already broken. Just how many days have they spent here?"

The adventurers had red armors and capes that were absorbing the heat! The armors were shining similarly to the cracks on the ground, but because there were few missing parts, the warriors couldn't rely on thosse as much as in the past.

"Brik! F.u.c.k! Crawl on the ground! Do your best while we stall this monsters!"

The leader was brave one. His armor was missing the most yet he went forward the first. Furthermore, he was instructing others. Clenching his blue sword, the man unleashed some water technique that drenched the sword in water.

Or maybe it was the sword's ability? Raphel wasn't sure as he was quite inexperienced. However, thanks to Shi's instructions, he knew that he has to wait for a while before showing himself.

Boom! Boom!

Only when the group of adventures got wounds that could be easily seen with n.a.k.e.d eye, Raphel popped out from nowhere!

"Hello!"

"F.u.c.k! Likris, take him!"

"..."

They immediately thought that he came to kill them! Raphel also was aware of this, so he only took out his potion and as his hand changed into a claw within his robes...

Boom!

"What did you do?!"

The other man called Likris shouted angrily when he heard a strange explosion. Although he couldn't see Raphel's claw, he knew that he had done something... Raphel only smiled under his mask as he pointed at the fallen man with his other, human hand.

"Brik! You can move?!"

"Yeah! I will help the leader!"

Only then, he realized that Raphel had healed his fallen friend somehow. However, he still didn't let Raphel go as his sword was pointed straight at the snakeman. The dungeon is even more brutal, and it could be said that everyone was enemy...

Boom! Boom!

Likris could only listen to the sounds of deadly battler unfolding behind him... The cold sweat was dripping down from his chin and the d.e.s.i.r.e to turn around and help was huge... He found it hard to hold!

"What do you want?!"

Then, he gave up!

"I want to sell you potions. You saw how that man stood up after mere minute, right? Give me money-"

"As If we would take money here!"

"Then cores that you have gathered here."

"..."

The man clenched his teeth, then with trembling hands, he reached for his pouch to take out core that seemed rather special.

"This is C Rank Core! I want at least fifty of those potions!"

"Twenty five."

"You!"

Following the instructions from Shi and leader, Raphel became quite cruel person. But under the pressure of the monster behind, the warrior quickly gave up as he threw the core... It was quite bad move as Raphel could now turn around and run, right?

"Alright, twenty five bottles."

"Y-you, you must be shitting on me!"

The bottles after milk were potions?! The man cursed out loudly as he didn't even try out the content of those bottles! Raphel even got slightly angry as he saw this cursing man! It would be better to use the situation to reap more money, but since they angered him.

"Since you are so rude, let me excuse myself. Bye!"
