"What! Procession! And it is coming in our way?"

Adara shot up from the ground in panic, her skin tingled with goosebumps with the fear of getting caught.

She grabbed the hold of Adonis's hand at once and pulled him behind her with all might.

"W-where are we going now?"

He questioned her quizzically.

"The procession is approaching our way, what if father caught me?"

Her face was clearly laced with worrisome expressions as the witful woman acted at once.

"But if we moved backwards we could get caught easily. Let's just stay with the crowd, no one will notice us in this cl.u.s.ter."

Adonis stopped her at once and suggested his opinion, as people were already walking towards the procession which was coming with a turtle pace.

Without giving her a chance to speak, Adonis pulled her with a jerk and dragged along the way within the crowd. The commoners started to sway on the rhythm, even in those narrow streets of city and the air got filled with gay laughter.

Everyone danced along the resonating music as they pleased, but one thing was common among all, that they were chattering merrily.
