"Don't you think it will hurt to take a bath with these bruises and scratches ?"

I chipped to the maid servant who was standing besides the bed close to me with head rooted to the ground.

"Forgive me milday I wasn't careful. I will get some clothes and water to wipe off from you."

I became agitated because of that continuous title. It wasn't like I heard it for the first time, I was a princess and the eldest daughter of Goblin kingdom. And had many servants who were more than just the group of servitude.

"Just call me Charis when we are alone. I'm used to that."

I spoke softly ans the little lady immediately looked up, all shocked.

"Ohk-okey milday I mean Charis."

She remained there with confusing gazing, thinking heavily whether she has committed a sin or simply did something out of impluse.

"Is everything alright .....umm what's your name ?"

I questioned to make her comfortable as we both were going to spend much time together.

"Ezlynn milad..... Ch-aris."

Stuttering she became shy while pronouncing my name. Twisting her fingers I was clear of her hesitation.

"Okey Ezlynn you were going to fetch some wipes. Hurry up I'm already stinking of wet mud."

I needed to make friends to have a good time during my stay here. Ezlynn ebbed and instructed the other girl, perhaps she was the in charge of those two.

"Here let me do the task myself."

I demanded the wipes but Ezlynn hesitated and insisted upon doing it. It would be wrong to refuse in such a situation when I recently made a friend.

"Why don't you put off the clothes Charis I will be able to reach every speck of dirt."

It was out of blue for me. My cheeks became red and hot upon hearing such a sentence. Though she was a female herself but still I was shy as haven't went n.a.k.e.d in front of anyone.

"Umm sen-d the others out first."

I blurted out and hid my face behind the hands. Ezlynn who was gazing at me intently began giggling tried hard to control.

I glared at her with fake anger.

"Okey Eire and Seren you two go and stand outside. I will call you in a while."

The two followed obediently.

"Don't you fear that I might have wings or horns ?"

I teased her to see whether she was sincere now or was hiding.

"I'm curious about that Charis what are you hiding beneath this robe , tempting curves ?"

She narrowed her eyes and I laughed at her humour.

"Okey I can't believe I'm going to strip in front of a lady."

I sat straight up in the bed and pulled down that green robe from the straps which were hugging my shoulders.

It went down slipping throughout on my milk body and b.a.r.e my b.r.e.a.s.ts.

"Come on Ezlynn you are embarrassing me with your stare."

I wrapped my arms around the b.r.e.a.s.ts, a heated wave started to tingle at the base of my spine.

"Oh I'm so sorry Charis. It's just you.....you are beautiful. Look at you Oh my those curves."

I giggled at her remark. And turned around facing my back towards her. It was so tingling when her pores touched my skin.

"Stop doing that Ezlynn."

Her hand movement stopped at once and a voice laced with worry pricked my ears.

"I'm sorry if I hurt you milday. Please forgive me."

It made me worried that she misunderstood my words.

"Oh no it's nothing like that. Your hands are causing tickling."

I scratched my cheek and she wiped off her tears.

"Do you like that ?"

I nodded in approval.

"Yes please."

We both laughed wholeheartedly.

Certainly it wasn't that bad to be captured like this. At least I made some friends and had quality time whenever these three visit me. Time flew like air and I didn't notice that it's been five days now.

"I brought you these clothes. My mother sewed them. Looks like it's going to rain."

I listened to her prediction which was quite true. Looking through the window outside I saw foams of clouds in the blue sky, dispersed on the roof elegantly like a chandelier.

"Yes I want to see how beautiful the scenery will get."

Commenting my view I stood in front of the window and saw the neck of valleys up straight wearing the crowns of greenery with pride. The castle was high up from the town and my room was on one side of the palace. Fields of strange white flowers were swaying in the air, dancing upon the rhythm of Colors.

"Look it's raining."

As the first drop fell on my nose I informed Ezlynn jumping in my place.

"Oh yes. You shouldn't get wet Charis. It's not good for your wounds."

Eire dragged me from arm, pulling me away from the window. And we both fell on the ground while Charis and Seren laughed standing nearby. We ate different fruits but I insisted upon eating that fruit of life.

KILL THAT SNAKE !

Shouting of people echoed all around, audible enough for us to listen into our room. They were protesting and yelling fiercely.

"What is happening Ezlynn ?"

I became worried at once because cursing was on their lips. And they were once again ready to kill me.

"Let me get a hold of some words. Don't get out milady."

And she dashed out to see what was happening. While I waiting impatiently holding Seren and Eire's hand.

"It's not the rain of wealth but it's poisonous. The crops have gone rotten and people are getting mad."

Something crossed my mind and I went towards window with a frightened beating heart.

"It's acid....it's acid rain. It's not because of me. It's a punishment from Gods."

I started crying and tried to prove my innocence but how much one can say with words.

"We believe you Charis. Don't cry."

Ezlynn wiped my tears and the other two nodded in agreement.

"Don't worry His highness has gone to announce. I'm sure he will find out the reason soon. The seers are helping him too."

She assured me. But don't know why my heart didn't trust her words.
