Delayed Transfer

Mark saw that Armina and Enleed were doing photoshoot using their phone wearing their armor dungeon sets.  When Armina saw him, she stopped for a bit and said that they would post it on the website that Enleed created for their group.

“I made a website.  I will take photos and videos of our dungeon dive and post it on our website. It’s called “The Recluse Adventurer’s Dungeon Delve dot com”.  I will also post some videos and shorts on YouTube as well as our group’s Facebook page.  I will of course exclude any photo of Donald and Elizabeth if they don’t wanna be seen or persuade them to wear some sort of scarves or masks.  What do you think?” 

Mark thought for a bit on what Enleed said.

“I’m on board.  People will really think we’re very professional when it comes to cgi and animation once they see it.”  Mark laughed.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if people try to reach out to you for cgi projects just like what they did to me when I posted the videos of the Bush Golems.”

“You should name them!  They’re really very cute” Armina said excitedly.

“No.  I thought about it at first but they were summons and I don’t even know if the first one that I summoned was the same as the last.  I will also be sending them to battle and possibly to their death so I really don’t want to be attach to them.”  Armina thought for a bit and agreed with Mark.

“Okay, we’re done with our photoshoot.  It your turn and once Sam came back from his work, by the way what work is he doing? He said briefly when I asked earlier that its your project? Anyway, once he’s back, I will need to take his picture then a group one!”

“Let me go to my room and wear the mage set.  I asked him to download all the media content that he can for a year.  I will need it but don’t ask for what.” Mark smiled pretending to be mysterious.

While they were taking Mark’s photos, Sam arrived and when he saw what everybody was doing, he went directly to his room to wear his leather set and joined them.  It was a good thing that their villa was decorated in a way that would conform to fantasy aesthetic.

Everyone had fun during the photoshoot and they couldn’t wait to see what the final look of the website would be and the people’s reaction once they posted the pictures and videos of their dungeon dive.  Mark said to everyone that since he’s literally doing nothing during the group dive, he would handle the video filming.

The next day, everyone got themselves ready for the comic con and Melissa told Mark that she would be coming with them to join in the fun but she was not wearing a costume.  She said she could have worn one if she also had a set from the dungeon and Mark apologized and told her that she was welcome to join them on the dungeon delve the next day.

Everyone enjoyed themselves at comic con and even though what they were wearing looked very authentic, they weren’t really standout compared to those costumes from anime or movies that had light works and mechanics and knew for a fact that some designers had been doing this for years.  They couldn’t even promote their website since it wasn’t done yet.  Mark summoned his Bush Golems when he was in a private location and had them followed the group and that cause a bit of a spectacle and impromptu photoshoot which the group thoroughly enjoyed.  After comic con, everybody went to eat which was becoming a tradition with them.

The next day, everyone agreed to do the group dungeon dive early so everybody was ready, including Donald and Elizabeth at around eight in the morning.  Melissa joined them and Mark could see that she was nervous and excited at the same time.

The group went directly to the third floor and Mark reminded everyone to be careful and told everyone that the first monster that they would encounter were Kobolds.  He then prepare his phone to start recording their Dive and he Donald asked what he was doing.   The group actually forgot to talk to Donald and Elizabeth what they planned about the website, photos and videos so they stopped for a bit and explained to Donald and Elizabeth the situation.

Donald actually got excited and said that he wouldn’t mind if he was included and from Elizabeth’s nod, she would follow his decision.

“I’m very rich and getting on my age so if I do something like this, it is to be expected since being eccentric is one of the perks of being very rich.”  Donald laughed and Elizabeth just rolled her eyes.

The first enemy that they encounter were actually not Kobolds or Hobgoblins.  They were actually wolves and goblins.  There were two wolves and two goblins and everyone looked at Mark.

“I forgot.  So please be reminded that I will probably not be accurate when it comes to what type of monster except for the boss on the 10th floor.”  Mark said, embarrassed.

Enleed cast his Fire Ball and was able to hit the two wolves then Armina targeted one of the goblins with Triple Strafe.  Sam ran to the wolves and did a Cleave killing the wolves and Armina killed one of the goblin with a regular shot.  The last goblin was killed by Enleed’s Fire Bolt and Donald’s Holy Bolt.  Enleed did need to cast Fire Bolt twice to kill the last goblin.  Melissa was at the back, horrified at first on how the goblins and the wolves looked then cheered loudly as if assigning herself as a cheer leader.

Mark got everything on Video and Enleed, together with Sam, said that he would do the editing to make it much more dramatic.  Everyone waited for the drop to appear and unfortunately there was only one and it was a pair of leather shoes.  Sam replace his old leather shoes with the new one and gave his old leather shoe to Melissa.

“Eew, I don’t want your old shoe.”

“Melissa, it’s magic.  It will automatically fit you and honestly I have magic that can clean it.”  Mark then took the shoe from Sam then use Item Inventory Restoration on it.

“So you have magic to clean now?” Sam asked while everybody was looking.

“Yeah, I got it from the 14th floor.”  Mark said but didn’t elaborate and Sam just shrugged.
