So it's just aliens

' what the hell was going on?'

'Aliens from that movie are real and they are invading Earth'

' who in the world is playing with me. I wake up a Kryptonian, spent almost two decades traveling the space vulnerable powerless vand now when I get to a somewhat familiar world. Everything goes crashing down'

" Bot check if any famous movie franchise exists which has the keywords xenomorph, facehuggers, ripley" I commanded my suit.

"Command Accepted. Our database has found no such entertainment franchise having the above-mentioned keywords"

" Search invasion movies or media?"

" Database has found 756 results. "

" Okay. Mentions of reptilian species."

" Not found"

" What!"

My mind was spinning and as I watched as Clark kill the last of the aliens meanwhile the Martians had successfully evacuated all the humans away from the site.

Huh

Clark stood up there were slight burns on his arms and feet. I wasn't sure about Kryptonian body's imperviousness against alien acid and I was not happy to be proven right.

As my eyes scanned further I was glad of my full face mask. The shock was enough for me to realise no to think of this world as something adhering to a particular tv series or comic that I could predict or use my foreknowledge.

" You know something" Clark's voice made me almost jump.

" Yes this is a reptilian species that incubates it's young in other species through a convoluted process. "

" What is it? "

" They place their young inside a living being and the living being uses the host to absorb nutrients and then breakout of the host body"

" Huh. I see there are still many of them inside I have barricaded it for now but it might not hold for much longer any weakness that you know?"

" They hibernate in extreme cold. Can survive centuries by cannibalising their own. Their own body can be used as a weapon against them. That's all I remember"

My eyes moved I glanced at the ship as suddenly a different opening at the top of the ship opened and egg shaped objects flew out. It was like a seahorse shooting out its young.

Immediately after my helmet opened and my eyes blazed red. As Lazer beams struck each and every one of the flying eggs. Superman joined in soon after and we both together killed around 55 eggs that had been launched outside.

" They are attacking in phases"

"Is it a highly advanced species? I have never seen or heard about this"

I looked at Superman can these aliens be called a highly advanced species. Yet they were showing strategies the xenos earlier were as smart as a pack of well trained wolves.

Hunting us while searching for weaknesses trying to drag the weakest ones first.

Ready to drop its own tail in order to use the acid to blind us.

Superman himself was surprised when some of the acid spilled on him. It didn't penetrate the suit yet his hands were sporting burns and there was slight discoloration on his face.

Apart from that the ship was sending then in batches as though a pre-planned attack was being executed.

All of this was completely unexpected. Was the other race from aliens vs predator behind this.

The only way to find out was to get inside.

Col. Mark Smith was terrified.

He had never been so terrified in his life.

They were hostile aliens attacking his planet.

And they looked like they belonged to a horror movie.

Their strength, speed and flexibility was unmatched.

He was sure that had the Martians not been there he would have died pathetically.

High Calibre bullets bounced off their skin.

Their tails were alternating between that of a cheetah and that of a scorpion.

He had seen a tail going through the bottom of the fun vee truck and to throw it at them.

He had been terrified when he saw the alien running towards him it's saliva corroding the earth by setting the grass on fire and those teeth those horrible sharp pointed teeth and when he saw its mouth open he shuddered when he saw another mouth inside.

Thankfully by then the Martians had grabbed him and others and he had the most mind boggling feeling of an alien standing inside me it's head was through my stomach while the tail tried to smack me on the side or use it's pointed tip to deliver attacks at his face.

" Don't worry. It can't attack us Superman is coming"

I exhaled a sigh of relief.

If there was anyone else he wouldn't feel safe yet Superman was Superman.

You could always depend on him.

" Wait, we can't allow these creatures to reach the city or any settlement. The consequence would be catastrophic"

" The necessary steps have been taken. The entire area has already been evacuated, sealed and locked out. None of them can get out of here alive or dead."

"Thank God!"

The aliens meanwhile had not been idle.

Forming into groups of 4 they stalked stalled snarled at them. There were 16 of them outside.

Three groups were actively trying to get them out of their barrier jumping through them, trying to scare them into action, or even randomly swiping their tail at their feet.

Suddenly the last group broke up and began running in four different directions. One of them ran towards us like it was charging at us.

I understood immediately that this one was providing cover for the others.

As that shiny head was about to reach us.

I heard the Martian speak.

" He's here"

Before I could even think.

A huge cloud of smoke scattered where I stood.

The dust air passed through us.

And I narrowed my eyes to see better.

The first thing I saw was the crushed head of the alien its insides spilling out and a foot with black military boots on it.

There was a man standing on the now dead alien in a full black bodysuit amour.

As the rest of the aliens turned around and snarled at him.
