Fenrir: The Wolf Overlord

Second Day:

Cipher was bored out of his mind. Even though he expected that he would have to read normal subjects like English and Mathematics in school, reading by himself proved a lot more relaxing than having someone teaching him.

The only good thing was that nobody tried to talk with him. He was quite glad that he didn't have to listen to the rumblings of Yoarashi and the other hero-wannabe.

Though he didn't know the reason for this, he didn't care about the reason, only the result.

Ironically, they had avoided him because of the suppressing aura he released yesterday. Many of them had becone scared of him and hesitated to talk due to that.

During the break, Cipher immediately headed for the Cafeteria and had a decent lunch in one corner of the cafe in seclusion. He had noticed Yui eating out with some other girls, but he didn't bother meeting up with her.

After the break, Cipher was annoyed by Yoarashi, just like he expected. Ultimately, he finally became refreshed because he realized it was not going to be another boring class again.

He stared at the number one hero, who rushed into the class and grinned. His other classmates seemed to be speaking some nonsense in excitement and many other feelings, but he didn't give a shit about it.

"Foundational Hero Studies!! This class will put you through all sort of special trials to mold you into heroes. Now, let's jump right in with the Battle Training."

All Might spoke out and Cipher started grinning more and more, as his thoughts proved true with each of his words.

"And for that..."

Suddenly the wall started to enlarge beside All Might. Seconds later, exactly twenty cabinets had popped out from the wall.

Cipher looked at the cabinets and had a general guess about what it was. It was their gears they requested before.

"You need these. We had prepared the gear in accordance with the special request forms you filled out before the school started."

"Costumes!?"

Everyone in the class became visibly excited. Cipher then stared at them in disbelief. It was just a costume. There was no need to get excited about something like that.

He shook his head and just decided to ignore these grown up kids.

"After you change, gather in ground beta."

All might spoke out quickly and rushed out of the class at extreme speed. Cipher looked at his speed and clicked his tongue in disbelief.

'He should be gravely injured. Yet he is this quick... I need to become stronger too, and fast.'

After everyone had changed into their costumes, they were heading towards the ground beta, mentioned by All Might.

Cipher was also behind them. He was looking around blankly, taking in the costume choices of all of his classmates. He seriously couldn't understand why some of them had overly exaggerated costumes.

As for him, he wore a simple black themed tracksuit, which were made out of carbon fibre and had amazing elastic properties and great durability. He had black combat boots on his legs.

Finally, on his hands, he had a silver coloured huge gauntlet which took the form of sharp claws. It covered his hands upto his elbow and it was meant for defense. It was a weapon as well, a weapon which he can use to tear apart his enemies. It could also serve as a blunt and heavy weapon if he clenched his hands into a fist.

All of his clothes were specifically made so that it won't tear but somehow shrink inside a small diamond shaped object on the c.h.e.s.t, when he transforms into his real form. He didn't understand it well but he got the general idea that it was nanotechnology.

Only his gauntlets were made in such a way that it will increase in size, so that it will still be a sturdy weapon even when he transforms.

He checked all of his gear and nodded his head. Everything was made perfectly just like he ordered. He glanced at his classmates for the last time and then at the figure of All Might. They were finally at the ground beta.

"They say the clothes make the person, young men and ladies... Be fully aware... From today onwards, you are heroes."

Cipher scoffed as he heard those words. Heroes... He never wanted to be a hero of all things but many things had led him to this. One thing he was glad was that he had somehow got his hands on a great weapon that has increased his strength by a little.

"Now, shall we begin, you zygotes?"

An Hour Later

Cipher silently took back his previous thoughts. He had thought this training will be something interesting but it had been more than an hour but his turn hadn't even come up.

Moreover, he was forced to watch another drama with that annoying kid, Midoriya at the centre. It was just like yesterday. How could he not be annoyed by it.

Furthermore, the training was supposed to be done by splitting the class into villains and heroes to fight in two on two battle indoors. And he was teamed up with Mashirao Ojiro, a kid whose quirk was a tail sprouting from his back.

To be exact, his teammate was a useless teammate. Ojiro didn't have good strength or stamina. All he had was his tail. If it was only a tail, he could have also taken his out.

Knowing this, Cipher only hoped that his opponents will be someone strong, so he could grow stronger in the fight and the fight becomes somewhat interesting. But he seriously doubted it as well.

The strongest individuals he picked out from the class were Inasa Yoarashi, Bakugou Katsuki and Todoroki Shoto. And all of their turns had already ended.

In the first match, Bakugou had lost against Midoriya. In the second match, Yoarashi had lost against Todoroki after a hard-fought battle.

After their two matches, another two teams also fought but they weren't anything special, so he didn't give them much focus.

Now it was time for the fourth match and he seriously hoped that the team of Momo Yaoyorozu or Fumikage Tokoyami will be picked out as his opponent, since the two of them were decently strong.

He looked at All Might with hope, as he pulled out the next lots. The letter 'I' was engraved on the black ball and the letter 'J' was engraved on the white ball.

"For the next match, the heroes are Team J and the villains are Team I."

Cipher instantly sweatdropped. He gazed through the group and rested his gaze on two people, precisely one person and another was just floating gloves and boots.

It was Eijiro Kirishima and Toru Hagakure. Cipher remembered them because their quirks were somewhat rare. But it was only rare and not strong. Especially when he was their opponent.

'Seriously!! Them of all people... Are you joking? This is the worst possible matchup.'

Cipher wanted to refuse this match but it was already too late. All Might urged all of them and his opponents had already started walking out into the field.

"We should go as well, otherwise we will be late."

Hearing his teammate speak, Cipher glared at him and shut him with only his gaze. After some seconds, he clicked his tongue and proceeded to walk out as well.

He suddenly stopped mid way because he remembered a certain drama. He still wanted to say a thing or two to that kid who couldn't control his anger and lost.

The main reason was because the kid lost to none other than Midoriya, and he couldn't stomach the fact for some reason.

Cipher turned around and looked at the kid who was looking down at the ground. He seemed to have not come to terms with his defeat yet. Seeing this, Cipher clicked his tongue in disappointment.

"Oi. Your name was Bakugou, right?"

Everyone present perked up. All of them were surprised as it was their first time seeing him start a conversation, morever it was with Bakugou of all person.

On the other hand, Bakugou simply turned his head to look at him and remained silent.

"Do you know that you are a kid who can't even control your anger?"

"...You b.."

Bakugou immediately stood up and tried to say something. But Cipher cut his words short.

"Watch and learn, kid. I will show you how to use your anger as your strength."

He spoke out blankly and walked out of the room. The room became completely silent with the only sound coming from his teammate running after him.
