Fenrir: The Wolf Overlord

Cipher travelled around the city of Tokyo aimlessly, and he reached a Beach camp. He lunged at a nearby hawk and instantly killed it.

He then sat down at a nearby shade and proceeded to eat the prey he caught. He didn't bother to take off its feather or cook it. He simply brought his sharp teeths to the head of the lifeless corpse and tore it off.

As he kept on silently eating, nearby people noticed him and immediately turned their heads in disgust. All of them silently left the park in no time.

It was to be expected. Nobody would want to be close with someone who was eating a bird raw.

Nobody except for one.

"What are you doing?"

Cipher was suddenly startled by the familiar voice that suddenly came from behind him. He hadn't been using his senses, so he didn't notice anybody behind him.

But there was indeed one. He swiftly turned around to look at the owner of the voice and he nearly choked from a rib bone. Thankfully, that person started patting his back and soothed him down.

"....I never expected to see you here, All Might."

Cipher nodded his head and spoke out between his rough breathing. The person behind him flinched greatly but Cipher didn't bat an eye.

"That thin form... Is that supposed to be your disguise?"

"I am afraid you are mistaken. I am not All Might nor am I disguising myself.

The person laughed out as if he heard the funniest joke. Cipher made a blank expression and sniffed the air for a while seriously. Then he found something, something that instantly took away all of his frustration.

But he didn't have the time to feel satisfied as he still had to deal with All Might, who was clearly trying to change the subject somehow.

"... I will never mistake you for someone else. How you smell is clearly burned into my mind."

"Smell? Do I smell like All Might?"

The person suspiciously started sniffing under his arms. He then looked up at Cipher and laughed sheepishly.

"But I don't have a nice smell."

"...You are injured?"

The person once again flinched greatly and simply proceeded to stare at the sea. He seemed to have finally given up on convincing Cipher that he wasn't All Might.

"You are injured. You reek of the scent of blood, a large amount of blood."

All Might, who had his state exposed, turned his head to look at Cipher and his body enlarged to become extremely large. He then rubbed the back of his head and laughed out sheepishly.

"You saw right through me, Young Cipher."

"How do you know my name?"

All Might once again flinched considerably as he heard the question. He coughed once and decided to just speak the truth.

"Well, the cat's is already out of the bag. I am actually going to be a teacher at U.A. High School. I especially got to witness your performance in the recommendation exam."

"I see."

Cipher nodded his head, quite satisfied with the honest response. But inside his mind, he was anything but satisfied.

Just seeing this real face of All Might made him so mad that he wanted to carve a scar on that face of his.

But he couldn't do it. He knew that there was no way he could win against the strongest hero, even if he seemed somewhat injured, and a lot weaker than the last time he met.

"But you aren't allowed to tell anyone about my position in the school or about me being injured, got it?"

"Okay."

"So, Why are you eating the bird raw?"

"Hungry."

Cipher responded in a single sentence and took a bite of his prey. All Might shut his mouth and thought of the contrast between the young boy he saw at the exam and the young man in front of him.

Both of them remained silent with only the sound coming from Cipher chewing his prey.

"All MIGHT!!"

A few minutes later, the silence was ruined by a loud shout from a distance away. All Might flinched but soon stood up and turned back to the voice.

"Young Midoriya, here."

Cipher also turned to look at the boy, who All Might called Midoriya. The boy was running towards them and he seemed to have shouted the name of All Might, all over from the gate of the park.

'A stupid kid who doesn't understand the matter at hand... But, it is really interesting. All might is meeting with a kid.'

The boy reached near the two of them in seconds. But he abruptly stopped in his tracks when he noticed Cipher chewing on the raw flesh of an unidentifiable blob, with bloody feathers stuck at various parts.

He was visibly disgusted. Some seconds later, he fell to his knees and vomited all the food he had probably ate in the morning.

"Disgusting, vomiting at the sight of someone."

'It is your fault for eating a bird raw. '

All Might shouted out inside his mind as he looked at Cipher solemnly. He then went towards the vomiting boy and helped him up. Soon, both of them walked up to him.

"He-hello. My name is Midoriya Izuku. Nice to meet you."

The Vomit boy introduced himself as he reluctantly brought his hand forward for a handshake.

Cipher glanced at his free hand that was covered with blood, just like his other hand which held the remaining part of the hawk's c.h.e.s.t. He snorted and grabbed the outstretched hand with his blood filled hand and shook it.

"Cipher."

After he let go of his hand, Midoriya cringed at the sight of his hands being covered with blood. He immediately rushed to the sea and proceeded to wash the blood away.

"All Might, what is that kid to you?"

Cipher didn't try to divert the question and directly asked All Might. He had searched every single information on All Might that he knew that this person was never married nor had a child. So seeing him with one really piqued his interest.

But the main reason for his interest was for something more sinister. It was because he wanted to get a hold on even one of All Might's weaknesses, so that he could use it against him if the table were turned onto him at some point.

"..He is a young man who wants to become a hero."

"I see."

Cipher nodded his head approvingly but he had scoffed inside his mind.

'It seems that you still don't know how to lie, All Might.'

Cipher proceeded to lick his lips, excited to get his hands on one of All Might's weaknesses, which was clearly this kid who was still trying to wash away the blood from his hands.

He licked his hands soon after. This however had no implication. He had completely finished eating the hawk, so he was only trying to get its blood off of his hands.

"Well I will be leaving then. My stomach is full and I have a lot of things left to do."

Cipher spoke as he proceeded to stand up. But All Might stopped him as he made a wry smile.

"You said something like you could never forget my smell. Did we meet before?"

"Yeah. We met about six years ago but it wasn't anything special."

Cipher didn't lie and simply told the truth. He knew that All Might won't remember something as normal as their meeting. Morever they didn't meet when he was in his human form.

"Six years ago.. Sorry. I don't remember much."

"That's what I told."

Cipher smiled a fake smile and finally stood up. All Might also stood up and patted him on the shoulders.

"I am looking forward to seeing you in the U.A High School."

Cipher scoffed but soon formed a wide smile on his face. His expression resembled that of a clown but All Might never realized it.

"I am also looking forward to seeing you again, All Might."

Cipher turned back and started walking away from the park. Fortunate for him, nobody was present in the park expect for the two behind him.

He walked quick steps towards the outside of the gate of the park. After reaching a fair distance away, he brought his hands to his face and hid his smirk. Seconds later, he started laughing out like a maniac.

'I am really looking forward to seeing you again. I want to see how you are suffering; Ooh the number one hero, The symbol of peace, ALL MIGHT!!!'

He had found an excellent piece of information today. All Might is injured and he is becoming weaker and weaker.

"..Haha.... I am really looking forward."

But the main question still remained. Who managed to injure the man hailed as the strongest hero!? Cipher knew the answer to that as well.

Knowing all the answers he needed, he couldn't help but laugh out more, in hatred, satisfaction and simply a frenzy of emotions.
