Here it comes, the famous letter Arthur had waited for years.

Dear Mr Holly,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.

Term begins on 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

Arthur looked at his parents down face and asked "Why are you making such faces? It's good isn't it?"

Nat sighed and said "Honey, there is a reason if we hid the wizarding world from you. The magic may seem cool and useful, but it comes with its share of bad things.

Before your birth an evil wizard came to power and a war was launched by him. Many wizards and muggles died."

Arthur already knew the story but still asked as he wasn't supposed to know "What happened?"

Arthur hadn't talked a lot about the wizarding world with his parents since Dumbledore's visit despite the years that passed. It seemed to be a hard subject.

Henry answered "You know your friend, Harry Potter? Well, he is a wizard too, although he doesn't know that. For some reason the evil wizard went for the family of Harry and killed them. But he mysteriously died and left an orphan Harry. His scar comes from a terrible dark curse."

Arthur gaped and said "Wow, so Harry stopped a war y himself being a baby?!" Henry shook his head and said "It's not that simple. Although the evil wizard, He-who-must-not-be-named still had his armies. Those were too strong and dealings had to be made. Among them was one made with Vampires."

Arthur asked "Vampires exists?" Henry nodded and said "So do Werewolves and Giants… But back to the vampires, they are cursed beings. But they still are beings, as much as us humans. They have a different system from us, they use a monarchy.

The king in that time had received a prophecy telling him that his daughter would have the purest bloodline possible, making her able to use magic. But that's only one side of the coin. With such a bloodline, there also are dangers. By the time she becomes 15, she will die unless she finds love."

Arthur made a strange face and asked "Is that some kind of fairy tail?" Nat shook her head and said "Unfortunately it isn't. Emotions are actually something useful in magic, it can strengthen or weaken it. Here, love would make the curse on her bloodline weaken and she would then be able to break the curse and live on, becoming the perfect vampire."

Arthur rolled his eyes and asked "Okay, so what's the link between Cinderella and me?"

Henry shook his head and Nat said "None. But your father does have one with her. The terms for their surrender was that every pureblood family would have to give away one of their sons to be a pretender for her and try too earn her love or never get married."

Arthur looked at his father funnily "Let me guess, Dad was a member of a so called Pureblood family and they decided to send him but he refused and escaped with you mom and bla bla bla."

Henry smirked and hit his head lightly saying "Don't make fun of your old man. But you're right, that's what happened."

Nat sighed and said "There are other things. The magical community is corrupted. The pureblood are people with only wizards in their family tree up to their grandparents, and they basically rule magical Britain. You are one as well. But you must know that they are very prideful. Your father escaping made them disown him."

Arthur nodded and asked "What about me?" Nat shook her head and said "There are 28 sacred family filled with pureblood wizards, and they are the only ones who don't have to give away their children. We are not one, and that means you will have to chase after that vampire."

Arthur shrugged and said "How old is she?" Henry replied "Your age. One more reason as to why I didn't want to be the one going after her. But you have to understand that you can't back out like I did. Too many people did it and if you do it again then you will go against the law and go to prison."

Arthur made a sunken face and asked "Any advantage?" Nat shrugged and said "She is said to be an otherworldly beauty, adding her vampire charm, she will stay the most beautiful until she dies. Something that won't happen as she is a vampire."

But instead of the excited face they expected Arthur's face fell even more. Nat asked "Don't you think it's good that she is beautiful?"

Arthur shook his head and asked "How many wizards are there in magical Britain?" Henry shrugged and said "About 3000, why?"

Arthur nodded and said "Okay, so there are 3000 wizards. How many among them are purebloods? Let's be optimistic and say 500. Then take of the members of the 28 sacred families, the families with only girls left because of the war, how many are left?

Let me tell you, among humans, I guess that Cinderella only has about 10 people pursuing her, including old men."

Nat made a disgusted face but still asked "So what? Less competition for you." Arthur smiled and said "Thanks for the encouragement mom, but first love isn't that simple. And even then, do you think the king of the vampires would be happy with just this?"

Henry got up and yelled "Of course not! It's the fate of his daughter on stake!" Nat held his hand and whispered "Honey, speak lighter!"

But as Henry made a sorry face and sat back down, they all heard a tired voice say "Why do you yell?" The three looked at the origin of the voice and there was a little girl about 7 years old standing there.

Nat smiled and said "Sorry, did we wake you up? Daddy and me were talking with your big brother and daddy raised his voice."

The girl looked at Arthur and pouted. Arthur looked at his parents and said "I'll come back in a sec." He got up and went to Stella and said with a smile "Stella, come, I'll take you to your room."

Instantly Stella's face broke into a grin and she said "You're the best!" Arthur smiled and took her in his arms and carried her to his room.

Again, a new thing in his life. In his past life he never had any siblings. But it somehow changed. Not long after his fourth birthday his mother had her belly swell, and months later, on the 31th of December, Arthur got a little sister, Stella.

Arthur entered his sister's room and put her to bed. He kissed her on the forehead and as he was about to leave she held his hand and said "Big bro, will you really have to go to that school?"

Arthur nodded and said "I have to Stella, otherwise how am I going to protect you when you become a witch?"

Another thing. Natasha and Henry had hidden the magical world to Arthur, but seeing their mistake they had decided to let their daughter in the secret as anyway magic would eventually fill their house again.

Stella nodded to his words and said "Still, I will be sad without you." Arthur smiled gently and said "I'll send you letter. Good night."

"Good night." Arthur closed the door and went back to the living room. He looked at his father and said "I know you may find it strange, but the vampire king won't care that much about her because of love."
