"wait how come that small bottle of enchanted fire will help us? and how on earth it is still igniting even there is no oxygen inside?" I said.

"Cause its enchanted Genius" Celine said.

"Greek Fire is known as one of Greece's prize possession, its been used in various wars and it's destructive powers is well known while its formula is left unknown, Greek fire created by a mortal is already destructive, but this one, its special, it came from the God of Fire himself Hephaestus, its his sacred symbol, so I think this fire would be enough to distract that thing" Nicholas said.

"I hate to break it to you Nicholas, but Imagine the sheer size of that thing compared to the bottle you holding, even if that thing is enchanted, I think it wouldn't be enough to torch that thing" I said.

"Hate to agree with genius here, but he was right Nicholas" Celine said "but we will still use that fire to that thing" She added.

"We can burn the heads so it won't regrow!" I said cheerfully

"Genius shouldn't we thinking right now is how will we cut the heads of that thing before burning?" Celine annoyingly said, though I didn't forgot it but I didn't mean that we use it while the heads are uncut but I shouldn't argue with her right now.

"DEMIGODS!! THERE IS NO USE HIDING! HA HA HA!" The Hydra spoke again and that laugh made it more creepier.

"Time is ticking guys, we have to think of a plan" Nicholas said.

I think very very hard, using it on my arrows won't be a good plan since my arrows are fiery already, even if I douse my non fiery arrows with that thing which is impossible because if it continues to be ablaze my arrows will be burnt, so how can we use that thing.

I caught Celine looking around, what's in her mind, what is she thinking, it made me curious I follow on where she is looking, and it seems noticed it.

"are you copying me genius??!" Celine said.

'"Uh, no, I just wondering what are you thinking?" I said.

"Obviously what we can use" She said and I just nodded which she replies with a eye roll.

"uhm, sorry" I smiled at her and at least she smiled back.

her eyes widen "I think I have a plan" she then said.

"Lets hear it out" Nicholas said cheerfully.

"Though this plan involves a decoy to be successful" She said.

"sounds like you're trying to sacrifice me?!" I said and she laughed.

"as much as I wanted to, you can't be that decoy, Nicholas if we wanted this plan to be a success you are going be the decoy" she said.

"I'm ready" Nicholas said.

"I'm just kidding, I can be the decoy, Nicholas is too important for this quest" I said, but at the back of my mind, what am I trying to say, I'm not an expert fighter, I'll die and many many more.

Nicholas laughed "Mike, its ok have you forgotten I'm immortal" he then smile and I totally forgotten about it.

"Yeah you're Immortal, if you experienced wounds illness and accident that can kill mortals, but against that I dont think your immortality works, right?" Celine said "But still you are the one who can do this" She added.

"I understood, so what are we waiting for?!" Nicholas said.

"okay, see that boat up there" Celine pointed at where the boats are "Okay then?" I said.

"we will reel one down quitely so that thing" Celine pointed at the hydra " won't hear us" she added.

"That's your plan?" I said, Celine rolled her eyes.

"can you let someone with the plan finish?! Do you mind" she said, I just raise my hand as if I surrendered.

"Here's what the real plan will be on commence, Me and genius here will ride the boat and row as near as we can be but still far away to the monster's field of senses, and even though I dont want to do this but we need to sacrifice the ship in order for this plan to succeed" Celine said.

"Nicholas here's your part, we will set this ship a blaze and I want you to crash this ship to where the monster is standing, that thing will buy us some time" Celine pointed out the bottle "this is a very risky plan but your immortality will help you survive the crash just dont let either the Greek fire or the Hydra's poison touch you cause, I know you know what will happens next" Celine added.

Nicholas sighs - He breathed so much air and exhaled

"So we need to look for something that will ignite the fire stronger and longer then?! am I right?" Nicholas said and Celine nodded "And make sure before the ship crashed I'll make it out alive and be on the boat by the time the fire is burning the hydra and its so occupied with that?" He added and Celine Nodded again.

Wow?! this guy assesses the whole situation and how to initiate everything that fast, Nicholas is a Dangerous opponent.

"Okay then, lets refresh our supplies find fuels, device the initiation of plan and after that pray that the Gods is still on our side" Nicholas said and we both Nodded.

"Celine you go refresh the supplies, Mike and I will look for fuel" Nicholas said and we all rushed out but obviously quietly, cause we dont want that Hydra to pin point our location and spew some poison in our direction.

I went down and look for fuel. I opened a hatch where I think fuel was stored, I see some cardboard boxes laying on the floor "I think this would be a great igniter for the fire" I quickly grabbed the cardboard boxes and stacked them all up to the sh.i.p.s deck, where the plan is going to be initiated.

I saw nicholas holding some kerosene containers, this guy is so good.

I roam around the ship, I went back to the lower deck where I found the box, from the far end of the deck where the engine room is located, there are 3 huge containers of Diesel oil, I dont know if this thing burns but I need to ask nicholas for help.

"Nicholas! I found some diesel oil downstairs, will that help the greek fire ignite even longer?" I said.

"Of course!!" He cheered "Lets go get it help me with the last containers of kerosene and lets head down" He added.

as we are about to head down we bump in with Celine which is by the way carrying food, clothes, first aid kit, our things and a container of Gasoline.

"Hey are we going to use that for the fire?" I asked "No genius, this is for our speed boat, we need to stack some more if we are planning to travel by boat, maybe you 2 can help me carry some to the boat!" She said which I nodded "Later Celine we will and we might need to stack up some water too" Nicholas said.

we carried 3 large tin containers of diesel oil to the deck, this is so tiring.

"maybe we need to take a quick break that was a very tiring and long work" Nicholas said which I nodded in agreement while I'm panting like a dog.

"Nicholas, maybe its best if we eat too" I said which made him laugh "Okay lets get Celine so we can rest all together" Which I replied with a nod.

we saw Celine storing water on our boat which by the way is half a full with all the supplies needed.

"Celine want grab a quick snack and rest for a bit?" I asked her "Tired already Genius?" She replied with a smile.

me and Nicholas Nodded at the same time.

"Its so hard that all of the fuels are on the lowest deck" Nicholas said.

"Okay then, lets grab a snack" Nicholas said.

"Can you do it for us, Thanks" i said which she followed without a question.

I slapped my face a little, cause Celine followed my request without raising a question or argument, I must be sleeping, I laughed a little.

"Why you smiling mike?" Nicholas said "It's nothing, it's just, did Celine followed my request without raising a question, sarcasm or argument?" I said.

"Maybe she is too tired too to even bother, just don't mention it to her, cause she will be mad no doubt" Nicholas said.

Celine brought our favorites, not technically our favorite but as of now, this tired feeling we feel even a spoiled dish is delicious.

we eat till our stomachs burst open, no one is talking till everyone is full.

"Are you positive that this plan will work?" I randomly asked them.

"I hope so" Celine replied.

"I trust your plan" Nicholas pats Celine's back which made her smile.

"Thanks" Celine smiled as Nicholas.

"Hate to admit this, but I do trust Kitty here" I said.

"You fortunate I dont feel like killing you right now" Celine said while laughing.

"Okay, lets get back to work" Nicholas said.

we set up where the fire starts, we laid all the cardboard boxes into a path where the flames starts.

Celine did the computation on where we should start.

when she's done, she explained it to Nicholas that we should go a bit nearer that where we are now.

Nicholas reel in the anchor quietly.

we moved around 300 feet away which made the Hydra a little more excited.

"COME HERE! I KNOW YOU ARE NEAR DEMIGODS! DONT LET US STARVE! HAHA" This Hydra seems to know what are the effective ways to make us scared.

when everything seems to be set, Nicholas reeled us down from the ship, Celine and I rowed the boat slowly so the Hydra won't suspect a thing, though obviously it can smell us better now, its been sniffing the air constantly.

I looked back and I saw Nicholas on the deck.

"Wish this plan works" i said.

"Me too" Celine said.
