"You said that Issei... smelled like a dragon? And that the blonde transfer student smelled like the Nine-Tails? I thought they only reside in Kyoto... I might need to talk to him about this..."

Lin Wu perked up as he looked outside the window at an abandoned warehouse that apparently housed the 'Occult Research Club.'

Sometimes he wished he couldn't hear everything going on in City A, but he wasn't used to filtering out the conversations from the electric sound waves yet.

'Just a few more seconds and it'll be fully charged. Wait, would it fry if it's charging too fast? Is that why the battery is so worn out?' He questioned as he checked his phone, currently at 80% battery.

He checked the weather forecast for the next few days, all of which was sunny.

'Darn...'

He looked at the sun, shining ever so brightly upon the world. He looked at the students playing in the football field; he looked at the students at the track field, he looked at everyone smiling while talking with their friends outside.

He proceeded to unzip his bag and took out an umbrella that was just a little bit over half of his size; the umbrella had an open-tip for some reason. He stared intently at it.

'Should I go outside with this?' Lin Wu thought to himself. To his knowledge, only fancy girls would use parasols on a bright sunny day like today; he doesn't know any guy that would use it other than a particular race of aliens.

It would certainly attract attention.

And he didn't want any.

'Oh well.'

He shrugged as he put the umbrella back into his bag. The bag of his is quite extraordinary, how can it possibly fit an entire umbrella that's more than half his size?!

It wasn't like the b.r.e.a.s.ts of big tidd-- anime girls which can store anything!

It was just a regular bag that can hold a large number of items!

'Kind of like an interspatial ring,' he thought to himself as he's reminded of the Xianxia novels of his previous world.

'Perhaps I can buy one from the system when its back?' The bag came as a gift from the system.

Lin Wu is quite... messy with his spending. The best way to describe his spending habits is 'loose,' he would buy something and only use it a few weeks later.

'Hey, it's on discount so I should buy it now! Who knows when I might need it!' He'll say to himself as he browses the Amazone catalogue and the Steamed game catalogue.

The system had provided him with a large number of Item Points when he first arrived in this new world, kind of like gacha games who'll give their players a large amount of spending power in the beginning and then give less and less...

Being the impulsive buyer that he is, he bought a lot of questionable items that are currently stored in his guest room.

'It's not like anyone visits me anyway. Oh, right, that girl.'

Lin Wu, an orphan living in Japan. Currently residing in a house near Kuoh Academy, in the upper-class residential bought by his Chinese father and Japanese mother who both died in an unfortunate accident in the plane by a strike of thunder on their trip to Hawaii. No known living relatives.

The parents of his original body left a decent amount of cash, only for five years of NEETdom. He can stretch it to ten years if he wants, but he'll have to live on the b.a.r.e essentials, which should be possible considering his biology. Lin Wu, however, didn't want to live on the b.a.r.e essentials with the government giving him just enough to live off of, it'll damage the remnants of what he can still call his dignity. All of this leads to why Lin Wu is so intent on getting a stable income low-risk job at a wealthy organisation like the Hero Association.

He can alternatively work for Kaiba Corporation or the Nishizawa Corporation, but they don't have the security of Metal Knight, or his real name, Dr Bofoi, an S-Class rank 6 Hero who has at the very minimum a hundred Metal Knights in his arsenal, each capable of handling a disaster-level Demon by themselves.

Not to mention, Dr Bofoi is likely tied to Kuoh Academy in one way or another, how else could Kuoh Academy be built into a semi-fortress when only the Hero Associations headquarters has Dr Bofoi's new defence?

Lin Wu finally saw the male restroom as apparent by the plack hanging perpendicular to the wall.

Not even looking for if anyone was near him, he quickly walked into the restroom and one of the stalls, not even bothering to lock it.

Bzzzt!

The sound of electricity running rampant cried throughout the bathroom stall.

The stall opened by itself.

And no one was inside.
