My New Isekai!

I soon woke up to a knock on my door. 

"Haru, can I come in?"

"Yeah, come in."

Kura then opened the door and walked into the room with a night robe.

"Hey, I just came here to speak about something. Do you mind?"

"No...I don't." 

"Okay." Kura said walked over to the side of my bed, and sitting beside me. 

We both had an awkward silence between the two of us. But eventually, Kura did something. 

"Hey, I know I'm a nuisance to you…"

"You can be like that sometimes, yes." I said, kinda regretting right after. 

"I am really sorry about everything, but I've been thinking..."

Kura then got under the blanket I was under, and put her head onto my neck. 

Her whole body was clinging to me. I could feel the warmth of her breath brushing against the skin of my neck, some onto the brink of my chin. 

I didn't have the courage to look down at her, until a slight movement.

I looked down on her bright crimson eyes. 

"W-w-w-what is t-t-this for…?" I asked stuttering like a madman.

"Like I said, I've been thinking…"

"About…?"

There was another awkward silence in between the next thing she said.

"What will your wish be for defeating the Demon King…?"

"Whatever do you mean?" 

"I don't want you to leave me. If you wish to proceed back to the place you came...I… Just don't leave…!"

Kura was sobbing, and I put my hand on top of her head. 

"Kura… Don't worry, I never planned on leaving you."

"Good…" 

Kura then huddled down to my c.h.e.s.t and buried her face in it. 

"D-d-d-don't you think this is a little...awkward…?"

"Do you feel uncomfortable…?"

"No...I don't.."

"Good." Kura said this as she buried her face into  my c.h.e.s.t even more.

My urges took partial control over me, and I hugged her. 

I could hear the slight noise of a sigh brush down Kura as I did this.

Why was I doing this…? Or, why is Kura doing this?

Soon enough, laying there for long enough, and having Kura's warmth against me, I soon started getting tired.

Before I fell asleep though, I patted her head. And her reaction to that seemed to make her happy. 

"Can I stay here tonight…?"

"Y-yeah you can."

"Good."

"Yeah…" I mumbled, falling asleep with my arms around Kura and her on me as well. 

I woke up the next morning, still with Kura around me. 

I let my arms off of her. "Hey, you up?"

"Yeah, I am."

"I think we should get up now, we have a carriage to go on today."

"We got time," she shot back.

"Oh, okay, no need to be aggressive."

I laughed awkwardly, and Kura seemed to take note of that. 

"I'm sorry… I didn't mean it like that."

"It's fine, to be honest, I like this."

"Me too…!"

Soon enough, Kura got up. "Ahem, well, we better get ready now," she said fake coughing. 

"Yeah, we should," I said. 

Kura walked out of my room and into the corridor. Soon going to her room with her door creaking. 

I got up as well, and changed my clothes. Once going outside into the hallway, I saw Kura waiting for me.

"H-hey, just to tell you, don't talk to anyone about what happened, okay?"

"Don't go making it sound dirty."

"Okay, well, lead the way, Haru."

I followed her command and headed towards the front door, Kura and I said our goodbyes to Kazuma and Megumin and headed for the place where our party planned to meet.

There we saw Polly and Charlotte, ready as can ever be. 

"Took you long enough," Polly said. 

"Y-yeah, we had to do something before coming here." I said realizing that sounded super shady.

"Well, let's get on it already!" Kura announced heading towards the carriage we bought. 

"""...""" 

All three of us followed short behind her. And once getting into the carriage and sitting down, I let out a sigh. 

I can't believe we're heading out on another quest. I want to be my hikikomori self, and just sit down and do nothing. 

The carriage started moving. 

A fair amount of time went by when I finally looked outside. 

There were a bunch of trees, we were in a forest. Animals were running around, the sun was shining, and basically everything outside was looking like God's garden. 

But something set off my Enemy Detection skill. 

I walked up to the person who was driving the carriage and told them to stop it. 

Once stopping, I looked around and used Farsight. There I saw them, bandits.

"Guys, there's people - a lot of people - to the left of us, and they're planning on attacking."

All three girls got out of the carriage and looked to the left. 

Then, an arrow shot at us. We dodged it, but I saw where it came from. 

So, I started running towards it. 

"Zim, come out." I yelled as Zim appeared out of nowhere. 

"I can already tell what you're thinking," Zim said lifting me up into the air. 

"Try to propel me!"

"Got you," Zim said as he pulled me back and bit and sent me forwards in a high velocity. 

This was perfect. Or so I thought, the next thing I knew I crashed right into one of the archers.

I got up, achingly, and ran towards the men and women.

I pulled out my sword and slashed one guy in the arm. 

After this, the rest of the bandits (which were 5) ran towards me. 

Apparently, the guy who I landed on got back up and shot an arrow at the back of my head. 

Before impact though, time stopped. 

"Thank you, Zim…" I said, letting out a sigh of relief. "I would've been dead there."

"I know." 

With time frozen, I quickly binded all of the bandits. Once done, Zim unfroze time. 

"""""Wha- how did you do this…?!"""""

"Techniques," I said winking at them. 

After that, my party members showed up. 

"""How…?""" The three mumbled in surprise. 

"Nothing, it doesn't matter, but what should we do with them?" I asked looking at Charlotte. 

"Let me handle them, get back to the carriage."

We complied and went back, after a bit, Charlotte came back with bloody hands. 

Yeah, I am not asking what she did…!
