My New Isekai!

I woke up in a bed, Kura next to me holding my hand. 

"You're up…!" Kura said hugging me. 

"H-h-how are you…how are you alive…?" 

"To be honest, I don't know. But that doesn't matter. What matters is that we're okay, isn't that right?" 

"You are right, t-thank you. I don't know what I'd do if you died." I said with tears forming in my eyes.

"Hey, hey, it's fine. You don't have to cry. I'm alive. You're alive. Everyone's alive; and that's thanks to you."

"How??"

"People told me you went on a rampage against the General after I died. Then, once killing them, you...sliced your hand." 

I lifted my hand and saw a scar, "What the..? I don't remember doing that."

"It doesn't matter." Kura assured me. 

For some reason, I got up and hugged Kura tight. "Please, don't ever do that again. I want to keep on being in a party with you, I want to keep living, fighting, and finally defeat the Demon King with you. Don't die, Kura. At least let me die before you." 

"I won't, and you won't die, either." 

We both hugged each other, not moving at all. Then, someone walked in. That person was Kazuma.
