No One Else's But Mine

Chapter 7 -BThis is not a dream

Her eyes gazed upon the most relevant piece of paper that would change her schooling life forever. It was pinned to the school's notice board and she couldn't help stop reading the words engraved on it.

Starting from today JANG GEUN SUK Korean idol will be

appointed to mentor the drama and music students only

for the Talent Realm Program. This allows you a rare

opportunity to showcase your talent in front of talent agency

scouts and possibly gain the chance of making it in to one of the

various agencies. One of these companies is 'ESPECIALLY'

Jang Guen Suk's agency.

"Go Shin Hye! Sheesh! What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be there already?" scolded Su Hwan while dashing down the hall to where she was currently standing.

Go Shin Hye stared at Su Hwan for a second before replying confusedly, "There… Where?"

Su Hwan just gave her a mischievous smile before pointing down the hallway made of red tiles and green lockers travelling down each side of the hall's narrow walls.

Her eyes focused almost immediately as she witnessed a bunch of girls storming out of their classrooms hurriedly and headed towards the school's entrance.

Go Shin Hye watched as she picked up on two girls' conversation. She immediately looked back at Su Hwan with wide eyes because of what they just mentioned. It only took each other's eye contact to know the meaning behind he facial expression.

Su Hwan nodded her head in confirm and that was all it took before she took off and dashed down the hallway to catch up with all the other hysteric packed girls and a few guys at the school entrance.

Go Shin Hye could hear Su Hwan following behind her, her running making noise as they contacted against the hall's tiled floor. At one point she swore that she heard Dong Sae calling her name, but she had no time to confirm or even stop as the beating of her heart called for the magnet which was like the air that has been keeping her alive for her whole life.

Su Hwan was following closely behind Go Shin Hye just as happy as she is (okay well maybe not as happy as her because I will never reach her happiness) for it was about time the love of her life made an appearance. It was finally great that one of them could possibly not be saddened by love anymore, after all, Go Shin Hye had suffered enough.

If there's anything that they had learnt throughout out primary and high school years; it was that love is a painful thing. Go Shin Hye was starting to speed up and it was becoming harder to catch up with her. This really was the first time that she has ever run so fast and hard in her life and it was even more difficult as she was aiming to match her speed and catch up.

She didn't even get the chance though as a rough hand gripped her arm and pulled her back suddenly. As she wasn't prepared for that, she stumbled and roughly landed in a soft yet firm c.h.e.s.t, trying not to collapse from the sudden small headache that had just started to form from the force of the pull.

Her head settled on the person's c.h.e.s.t for a while, but she thought he didn't like it. She was right of course, as he broke them apart using her shoulders. Her head was eyeing the ground dizzily as she waited for the throbbing in her head to die down.

When it was finally over a second later, she brought her head up to meet this rude person who dared grab her while she was running.

Just seeing his black hair and the chocolate brown of his eyes made her really angry knowing that her head had laid against his c.h.e.s.t. He actually did her a favour by pulling away or she would have come to the same outcome towards someone else.

Dong Sae was standing next to him but wasn't paying attention to us. Instead, he was looking ahead to where Go Shin Hye hurriedly dashed past.

"Next time you want to grab somebody, give them the heads up first!" I shouted in Hwan Hye's face frustratingly.

He purposely kept quiet before annoyingly fl.i.c.k.i.n.g me on the forehead. "Where is Go Shin Hye headed?" he asked while I rubbed my forehead.

Su Hwan really disliked that he made her out to be irrelevant, always doing what he wanted and ignoring anything she would say half the time.

"Yah! First apologize for fl.i.c.k.i.n.g me on the forehead, jerk."

Once again though, he was ignoring her and instead was staring at Dong Sae who now had his eyes glued onto their conversation. Su Hwan wasn't sure whether it was because she mentioned Go Shin Hye or due to her and Hwan Hye fighting again.

"Just answer the question. Where is Go Shin Hye headed?" He demanded again impatiently. People would think he liked Su Hwan's best friend if this was the way he talked and treated Su Hwan every day.

"Jang Guen Suk is here and she's finally able to see him in real life, which explains her running fast and happily!" I shouted at him.

"Seeing your rich a.s.s face, never." He replied confidently.

I clutched my hand to a fist at my side as to withhold my anger. I really wanted to punch him right this moment. [Can I punch him? (in italics)] I asked myself but I already knew too well that I wasn't that type of person, my mind knew it too.

"WHATEVER. I'm going to chase after my best friend who I will now have to find in a whole big crowd thanks to you."

I turned my back towards them and started running away, but I couldn't help be curious though by the words Hwan Hye directed towards Dong Sae that drifted to my ears.
