Okazaki's Journey Of The Multiverse

At the conformation of the teleport a golden sphere 2meters in radius appears around me for an instant, when the sphere fades, I am no longer inside the room, or any room for that matter.

"That was super cool" I take a look around at my surroundings and watch Eevee look around excitedly, it's her first time in a forest, the air Is fresher, there's no city noise, I should visit often.

I open the system menu and there is a new subsection simple labelled Worlds. Mentally cl.i.c.k.i.n.g on it there are only a few things, there are two really long numbers, both are the kind that would only read as error on a calculator. There is also the number 0 next to a bunch of ticket logos, guess that is where my tickets are shown from now on, I double check my inventory to confirm.

Lastly there is a timer that read 6d,23h,57m,38s. I get to travel for free to any of my previous worlds once every week, time will pass at the same speed as the world I'm in until that week is over then time will stop passing in that world until I wish to return, at least according to Nagisa.

[Hey are you doubting me?] Nagisa chimes in in her most princess like tone possibly.

"Of course, not honeybuns, but what's with the super long numbers"

[They are the designated number given to the worlds you travel to, you can rename them if you want, the number in the billions is this world.]

"Cool, so Walking Dead and My Hero Academia." I rename them and close the panel

It's currently night, for normal humans' death might be the only options, but with the night vision I have as a cat beast man which is further enhanced by Kuro, I can see clear as day.

I go into the store and buy an ice pick for 36sp, summoning it into my hand to ensure I have at least form of protection, Then I get the uniform gloves to cover my whole body in a uniform.

Looking into the sky for some form of light I see a big one behind me down the road. "Eevee!" I call out and she runs over. "Let's go over that direction, make sure not to make too much noise and don't run to any humans unless I tell you to."

"Eev" She says quietly.

We walk a couple hundred meters down the road before coming across an undeader.

"There are only 3, Eevee use Tackle on the far right one, I'll Bait the other ones"

We both run up, Eevee does as I told and Tackles the one to the right, its about 5m away from the others and I get the attention of the others by throwing rocks at them and lead them back from where we came about 20meters.

I see the walker getting up again. "Eevee use tackle again" I shout. When the zambie gets tackled I run pass the living dead I'm training and to the one prone. When I arrive at the restless guy, I raise the oversized toothpick above its head and stab it.

"Good job Eevee, now I want you to use Tackle on the undead on the right again, aim for the legs."

"Eevee VEE" she shouts as she charges at the re-lived, as she passes its right side, she body slams into its shin, absolutely obliterating it, there's a reasonably loud crunch as the leg is torn off.

Stunned for a moment at the power of Eevee the second walker moves towards me to take a swipe but because of the height distance by the time I take a step back the zombie has committed to its attack and falls over, not one to miss the opportunity I stab its head and pull the pick out and wipe it on my cloths, Which I found out are self-cleaning or really just pushes dirt and stuff off rather than clean.

"I wonder what happens if Kuro kills something, He hasn't grown or learnt anything in a few months, maybe it's like cultivation?"

As I start thinking about Kuro killing the zombie the ground Below me darkens, A small but sharp looking spike shoots toward the crawling mass of anti-life impaling its skull.

This is all normal to me, Kuro is able to change his shape at will in the darkness but is limited by his mass, What happens next is truly something different, Kuro pulls a small black wisp of darkness from the corpse, by the time Kuro has shifted back as my shadow the wisp completely integrated with it.

"Hey Kuro, can you do that to the other corpses?" I ask since it would make sense to be able to.

One I asked Kuro turned into two black tendrils reaching into the corpses and pulling similar sized wisps out. "Why didn't you get it before? Did you need permission or was it because it wasn't your kill? Hey Kuro, from now on any of those wisps you can get, take them." I order and receive a wiggle of acceptance.

I look at all the cash I got from killing. "Nice 45 points, knew coming here would do wonders for my pay check." I close the tab and look towards Eevee

"Heh, lets continue down the road" I get Eevee to follow and we continue. There are no other zombies on the way, when I can see the compound I stop and move into the trees continuing in the tree line.

Once I can see the entrance, I realise it is almost exactly the same as the game, there is a smaller gate with barbed wire on top surrounding two huge metallic gates covering the entrance, but the important part is the Prescott signs and the airport signs, proof that I'm in the right place.

"Hmm, there is only one guard at the front gate, I can't see far enough to detect any others behind the wall." I stop using eagle vision and move to the edge of the trees

"HHEEEEYYYY!" I shout as loudly as possible.

"What, What who's out there!" The man at the top of the gate shouts back and starting to sweep the floodlight

"Down Here!" I shout as I walk out of the tree line pulling my suitcase in one hand and holding the pick in the other. I made sure the hat covers my ears and my tail is in my pants.

The light sweeps for a second before landing on me. "Holy crap, it's a f.u.c.k.i.n.g kid. Hey Joseph, open the f.u.c.k.i.n.g gates it's a f.u.c.k.i.n.g kid out there." He shouts looking to the ground

"On it, give me a sec" another voice shouts.

I don't even have to wait a minute before the gates open and a woman runs over to usher me in.

"Come on in little guy, it's not safe out here, my names Janette what's yours" She introduces herself and asks for my name while practically dragging me into the compound, Eevee made sure to follow after me.

"Uhh, hey Janette, this little girl is Eve and My name is Theo"
