The moment Long Zhi Qiang opened his eyes, he had returned to 10 years ago. It was long before he met Ming Yue. Zhi Qiang never believed in something like reincarnation but it happened to him.

It was still fresh in his mind how he lived after Ming Yue's death. In his dream, a voice kept repeating on how he had failed to save her, how he had failed to notice her, how he had broken her heart and how he should have recognize her. Yes.. he had indeed broken her heart..

Zhi Qiang lived as a desolate man. He didn't marry Ying Yue nor he had any contact with her after. His heart had shriveled, became dry and desolate. Missions.. only that kept him going and in the last mission.. He died..

After he reincarnated, Zhi Qiang searched for the whereabouts of Ming Yue. It didn't take long for him to find where she was and now Zhi Qiang was here, standing across her. He thought of wanting to get close to her as soon as possible. Yes.. until her eyes caught his presence and a horrid expression clearly seen on her face.

Zhi Qiang watched her action as if it was a scene of a drama. How she lifted her hand and placed it on her c.h.e.s.t while staring at him with those unreadable eyes. How she looked relieved soon after then averted her gaze, brushing him off from her view as if he didn't matter at all to her. As if.. he was nothing more than dust in her eyes..

Zhi Qiang felt a painful stab in his heart as a realization came to his mind. If he was reincarnated then Ming Yue might be reincarnated as well. Her eyes when she saw him just now, it couldn't be hidden. She KNEW him. But if she knew him.. why did she ignore him..?

Zhi Qiang vowed in his last life that he would give everything to her. He would dote and pamper her rotten.

Wanting to find out the truth, Zhi Qiang crossed the street and chased after the group of three people.

"Wait!" Zhi Qiang managed to catch up and grabbed Ming Yue's arm, pulled her slightly.

Ming Yue turned her head and gazed on the man coldly "Is there something?" She asked in icy tone that could freeze anyone's heart when they heard it. Lin Zhao and Lin Shao shivered a little. Both of them paid attention to both Ming Yue and the unknown man with tension on their faces.

Zhi Qiang was caught off guard as her cold gaze met his. The Ming Yue he knew before was not a cold person, the Ming Yue he knew before was a warm, loving woman.

"Ming Yue.." Zhi Qiang called out her name. It was just a name but when Zhi Qiang spoke, it sent ripples in his heart. The longing he couldn't speak of was so great that he almost couldn't hold back to pull her into his arms.

"You knew me, didn't you?" Zhi Qiang asked softly but Ming Yue didn't even give a single reaction.

The reason why Ming Yue didn't give a single reaction was because inside she was quite shocked. Zhi Qiang words only proved one thing..

He was reincarnated person as well..

But why? How could Zhi Quang be reincarnated?

Was heaven cruel enough to reincarnate her along with this man?

She had had enough..

Even if this man also reincarnated, Ming Yue didn't want to have anything to do with him anymore..

Zhi Qiang's eyes filled despair, "..Do you hate me now?" He asked in hoarse voice.

'Do I hurt you so much in the past that you don't want to have anything to do with me this time?' Zhi Quang wanted to ask that question but he was afraid to hear the answer. It was because he knew it well what he did to her in the past.

"Hate?" Ming Yue chuckled coldly, "I wonder if this feeling can be called 'Hate'. The right term is.. DESPISE.."

"Now please let your hand off my arm." Ming Yue ordered, her eyes gave out a murderous gaze and it radiated from her body. Even Bai Hu hissed at Zhi Qiang.

Zhi Qiang was almost choked by his own breath when the murderous aura was directed at him. His hand slowly unhanded the grip on Ming Yue's arm.

"Never appear before me again." Ming Yue gave Zhi Qiang a warning. There was nothing but coldness in the depth of her beautiful black eyes.

Zhi Qiang's met her gaze with a painful one. He let out a heavy breath slowly and softly before asking, "If I don't want to do what you ask?"

"Then don't blame me for being rude." Ming Yue replied shortly.

Zhi Qiang closed his eyes as his face distorted with misery but when he opened his eyes, determination and stubbornness was painted clearly on his face. "..I won't do what you ask.."

Ming Yue frowned deeply, her eyes were dilated when Zhi Qiang said those words. In her mind it was overlapping with another voice similar to Zhi Qiang. It was deep and sensually dangerous that it made her heart ached with sadness and longing.

Why? Why the sadness and longing?

Irritated because of the feelings she couldn't understand, Ming Yue glared at the man with utmost coldness. "Fine, do your best. Don't ever regret it. MR... LONG.." She spatted his name with utmost disgust before she turned around and walked away.

Zhi Qiang stared at her leaving back, recalling the tone of disgust when she called his name. Chuckles full of mockery escaped Zhi Qiang's lips. He really DID get retribution for his past mistake. This was just him paying for his sins.

The woman he loved already froze her heart, there was nothing but coldness for him. Just like what he did to her.

Yet he couldn't give up. No.. more like he DIDN'T WANT to give up. It was better to kill himself than to give her up. If his punishment was to chase her endlessly then he would do it. Looks like in this life time having his feelings returned was just a wishful thinking.

But being near her was better than none at all. Even if Ming Yue despised him, Zhi Qiang would be a shameless stalker only for her.
