Rebirth:The Badass Young Lady

Gu Xiao Yue, her brothers and Feng Jiao went out to have lunch as the two brothers didn't want their little sister to be left hungry just because of some dogs. They then went back to their respective classes after the lunch break was over.

The classes went on without any disturbance and she went home with her brothers and she also invited Feng Jiao to go together.

After dropping Feng Jiao to her residence, they then went to their own.

Gu Xiao Yue went to her room and took off her school uniform. She went to take a hot bath and went downstairs after changing into clean and casual clothes and drying her wet hair. Her hair had grown long and was already half her back long.

She had her dinner with her cute protectors who kept on telling her to let them know if she got into trouble immediately.

They kept on lecturing her one after another which made her unable to laugh nor cry. So she just tacitly agreed to their words and urged them to eat more as to distract them from the topic. She then went to her room to have a good night sleep after finishing her meal.

Her days went on peacefully without any disturbances from Xi Mei Mei or other students. They went silent after the matter where she was proved inocent and so many students were punished. Xi Mei Mei had been lying low and avoiding her even though she still had hatred and jealousy deep in her eyes.

But she couldn't do anything as Xi Ling said that Gu Xiao Yue had found her biological family and were not to be provoked anyhow. He warned her to never mess with her again which she agreed a little reluctantly. But inside, she still became very jealous when she heard that Gu Xiao Yue's family was a so powerful. 'Why wasn't it me who was their daughter?! How can she be so lucky?!'

However Xi Mei Mei asked that and deepened her hatred towards Gu Xiao Yue, it didn't affect her at all as the target of the hatred and jealousy was living her life carefreely as she enjoyed the peace and pampering of her family.

It was finally the weekend and Gu Xiao Yue woke up early as she jogged around the garden and practiced martial arts. Her physical strength had improved a lot after all the exercises and pratices. The martial arts she learnt was a unique one which was taught to her by a martial artist who was an old man. He was her teacher who taught her martial arts and engrained the love for it deep within her.

She held great respect towards him as he was also mysterious but very powerful even though he was so old. But after she turned 18,she got the news that he had died and she attended his funeral. She felt heartbroken when she got the news and she had cried for more than three days but she had to get a hold of herself as the president of a business company.

The martial arts she was taught looked simple but was very deadly. It targeted vital parts of a human body which was fatal in every moves. She had to learn every acupoints, body structure and the most fatal places in a human body which could kill a person in one move.

She already learnt it all and had even mastered the martial arts. She just had to familiarise her new body to it and strengthen her body to adapt to it.

After that, she went to take a shower and went down to have a breakfast with her family. Since it was weekend, everyone was leisurely and had nothing to do.

Gu Xiao Yue told her grandpa that she was going to the raw stone and antique market today. She didn't hide it from him as he already knew she had a knack in gambling raw stones (although not precisely). Grandpa Gu agreed to her but told her to take some of his people with her to protect her.

But Gu Xiao Yue declined it as she didn't want to attract too much attention by taking too many men in black. She just told him that she will take a bodyguard as a driver. Grandpa Gu agreed to that as it was better than none.

Gu Xiao Yue then dressed up in black tight shorts and a black jacket with white t-shirt inside. She wore a black shoes with her fair legs left b.a.r.e. She had her hair in a ponytail with her bangs let down. She looked very cool and sportive in that get up.

Although she was only 15,she was taller than other girls her age and her body was also more m.a.t.u.r.e than those of her age as she had meat in the parts where needed. Her fair and smooth milky white skin was highlighted even more by the black dress up.

She was meeting up with Feng Jiao in the evening after this so she was dressed up like this. She loved black and white very much so she dress in black and white.

She then got in the car and told the driver who was also a man of her grandpa to head towards the raw stone market.

Although the raw stones in Ning City had some good quality stones but the sources weren't that big and so she was thinking of visiting other big cities to look for more high quality jade in the future.

She went inside the biggest raw stone gambling store. She wasn't afraid of getting recognised as she had changed very much all these days and looked different than when she came here before.

She was so beautiful that she got some glances from the people around the store from time to time as they whispered with each other. They were really surprised to see such a beautiful girl. They even thought that she was a model or a celebrity. Although she was dressed up casually, the clothes were still of famous brands and were expensive.

She didn't care about the stares from the people around her and used her power as she searched for jade. In no time, she had already found a fist sized red coloured jade which looked to be of good quality inside a raw stone. She grabbed it and put it inside her trolly as she looked around.

In just half an hour, she had already scoured around the shop and found 4 medium grade yellowish green, reddish orange and white jade and 5 high quality lavender, blood red, emerald green and jet black jades.

After looking around, she only saw some low quality jades so she didn't bother with them as she went to the counter to pay for the raw stones. She wasn't going to cut them here so she didn't bother with waste raw stones.

Everyone was looking at her weirdly after seeing her pick so many raw stones and couldn't help but shake their heads as they thought she was just too rich so she wanted to waste her money.

She was just about to turn around to leave after paying for her raw stones when a commotion occured in the raw stone cutting area. A middle aged man of 34 years old with a handsome but stressed out face and a tall and fit body which was a bit bowed due to his stress had a look of anger while looking at the haughty looking middle aged man in front of him who looked to be of same age. That man looked handsome but had obvious disdain in his eyes towards the other man as if looking at a trash.

She then heard the angry man saying.

"Jiang Wei Shu! Don't go overboard! You have already made me and my company suffer enough already so why aren't you satisfied with just that and still want to make so much trouble for me?!"

The angry man was actually Long Jin Yu whom she met in the other store and even gave her his business card for further transactions. Hearing him say that made her think that he might have met some trouble which made his company to decline so the result of his tired and stressed out look.

"Long Jin Yu, what are you saying? You cannot go around saying such things openly in the public or others might really think I was the one behind you company's decline. Since you have gotten such a high quality jade, I only bid for it with an acceptable price as in count of our brotherhood before. And you are so ungrateful as to go on accusing me as such while I'm only trying to help you in your dire situation of poverty. You need money to help your company to go up again right? So just agree to sell it to me for 5 million. It's a win win for both of us."

The man said that as he snickered in contempt towards Long Jin Yu. The jade in Long Jin Yu's hand was a medium quality glass type green jade which was worth at least 8 million in market price while if it was auctioned it would be more than 12 million. 5 million for it wasn't a good price at all. That man was deliberately offering so low to humiliate Long Jin Yu.

"I don't care about whether you offer me any price or not! I will never sell this jade to you so get out of my sight! You have already messed up my life so why can't you just let me be?" Long Jin Yu said that as he glared at the man.

"No no no, I cannot do that as I cannot let you get back up in the business again. You have now gotten such a good quality jade, although the price isn't enough to solve all your problems but its still able to help your company to lift some burden off. I cannot let you do that. Nope."

The man whispered to his ears as he said that in a mocking tone. His voice was very low but Gu Xiao Yue still heard that. She could guess what had happened to Long Jin Yu and suddenly an idea hit her mind as she lifted the corner of her lips and walked towards Long Jin Yu.

"Mr. Long, I didn't expect that I would meet you here again. What a coincidence!" she said that as she looked at Long Jin Yu without glancing at Jiang Wei Shu even once.

"Huh? You are...that little girl from before? Oh its good to see you here. I'm sorry to let you see such an embarrassing moment." Long Jin Yu said that as he smiled awkwardly at her and spoke kindly. He recognised Gu Xiao Yue and also had a good impression of her since last time.

" What are you doing here, Mr. Long? If you are free, we can go and have a lunch in a restaurant as I have already finished taking some raw stones." Gu Xiao Yue invited him as if the earlier commotion didn't happen at all.

Jiang Wei Shu was a little shocked after seeing the beautiful little girl who popped out of nowhere. He even saw how Long Jin Yu was respectful and polite towards her as they also looked like acquaintance.

He then thought that she might be some young miss of a rich family when he saw so many raw stones being carried by a man in black.

He was also a bit annoyed that he was interrupted and also blatantly ignored but he didn't want to provoke some big shots without knowing so he didn't do that as he spoke to Long Jin Yu.

"Oh? Long Jin Yu, aren't you going to introduce this young miss to me?" he said that as if he was some close friend of Long Jin Yu.

"Why should I even do that? We aren't so close as to introduce every single acquaintance of mine to you!" Long Jin Yu said that as he glared at him.

"Mr.Long,who is this mister who has been bickering with you before? Is he a friend of yours?" Gu Xiao Yue asked Long Jin Yu calmly as she finally shifted her sight at Jiang Wei Shu.

"He.. He is Jiang Wei Shu. The president of Jiang Wen Jewelers company. He isn't a friend of mine. You can just ignore him." Long Jin Yu said that after hesitating a bit.

"Oh. Well, what do you think about having a lunch with me? I would also like to talk with you about the jade in your hand so let's go?" Gu Xiao Yue didn't tell him her true reason right now so she made an excuse with the jade. She looked like she wasn't interested in Jiang Wen jewelers company as she just changed the topic which made Jiang Wei Shu a bit angry.

" Oh.. Oh? Sure. We can go now then. I'm also done in here." Long Jin Yu answered as he turned to look at Jiang Wei Shu and said.

"Then I'll be going now. Please enjoy yourself here, Jiang Wei Shu." He then walked out of the store with Gu Xiao Yue without looking back which made Jiang Wei Shu feel a bit humiliated and stomped his feet in anger. He really wanted to see what he(LJY) would do without his help!

He actually wanted to buy the Long Jewelers company from Long Jin Yu as it was very popular with customers and had great business. But he then obstructed it in many ways which let it decline on its profits and sources which made them go bankrupt.

He wanted to force Long Jin Yu to sell the company to him in a low price and so he came to pick on him but didn't think that he would actually dare to decline even in such a situation.

"Let's see how long you can still act so high in front of me!" He said that as he also left the store shortly.
