Red Moon Apocalypse

Yang Chen and Lu Xiaoyu went back to the Police station. When they entered the station, Yang Chen gathered the people and said " We can't stay here! Strong Monsters will start to appear and guns will not be able to kill them!"

"We should leave the city and build a stronghold for us. Otherwise, we will all die!"

"I Will leave the city tomorrow! Who wants to follow me!" asked Yang Chen.

Lu Xiaoyu was the first one to talk.

"I will!"

Yang Chen's mother and father looked at each other and smiled.

"We will follow our son!"

The Police Officers looked troubled. They didn't want Yang Chen to leave as he was the one who clears the area around the station.

There were around 23 police officers in the station.

"You have until the night! If you don't want to leave then i will not force you!" said Yang Chen.

Since they want to stay and die here, he will follow their wishes.

"Can't you stay here?!" asked one of the Officers.

"No"

The Officer sighed and didn't talk any more.

Yang Chen went to his parents and Lu Xiaoyu. He said to them " Mom, Dad, Xiaoyu, We will leave tomorrow!"

"We will take the police bus and use it to travel"

"Also, i need to tell you something".

Yang Chen explained about the Quest he got. He said the person he must save is someone who has an astonishing potential and will become a great help to them. Also, he spoke about his plan for building a stronghold outside the Shingjing city.

The three people were surprised by Yang Chen's plan and started thinking about it.

" There will be many problems that we will face. the First Problem is building the Stronghold. The Second problem is how to provide Food and water for the people inside the stronghold? The third problem is how we let people knew about the stronghold? The fourth problem is what will you do if a large number came to the stronghold and we became unable to take them in?" Asked Yang Chen's father.

Yang Chen nodded and said " For the first problem, the answer is quite easy! There is an Old military base which was abandoned near the Shingjing City. We will rebuild and fortify it.

The Second problem is also easy to solve! We can hunt Evolved Animals and use their meat. The water can be found in a river near the Military base"

Lu Xiaoyu's Face turned pale as she remembered what she ate before going back to the station.

"Evolved Animals meat can strengthen our bodies and will be enough for us!"

"The Third Problem will be solved by going to the radio station in Shingjing City and send messages in the city.

For the Fourth problem, the way to solve the problem is to be ruthless. If you don't work and help in the stronghold then, you will not be welcomed in it!" said Yang Chen.

"By Helping the Stronghold, You need to hunt animals, get water and finding materials to strengthen the Stronghold defences "

Lu Xiaoyu and Yang Chen's parents were stunned by Yang Chen's words.

"We need strong people! We need to survive the apocalypse! You don't know what kind of monsters will appear in the future but you know that they will be more dangerous"

Yang Chen's parents and Lu Xiaoyu became silent. They could only sigh and approve of Yang Chen's words in their hearts.

"I will look for people with good potential and bring them to the stronghold. I will train them and help them level up. It will be troublesome at the beginning but once we gather a good amount of strong fighters, it will make the stronghold safer and the people needs will be easily provided by them!"

Yang Chen stopped talking and went to inspect the Police Bus. Thankfully, it was in good shape and the engine started without any trouble. Now, he will need to gather gas for the trip.

He headed for the nearest Gas station and filled large tanks he found in the station. Then, he carried them back to the Police station.

Yang Chen gathered five tanks and estimated that it will be enough. Also, he looked at his Combat Knife and saw cracks on it.

"I Should look for another weapon".

He searched for a weapon shop in the city. Yang Chen didn't look for it before as the Combat Knife was already enough for him. He focused more on the equipment that drops from the monsters.

There was only one shop in the city and Yang Chen found it after four hours of searching. Only a few weapons remained in the shop. Yang Chen looked inside the shop and found a good machete.

Effect: Each attack has a chance of inflicting the abnormal state 'Bleeding' which cause the HP to decrease by 6 points each second.

Yang Chen equipped the machete and went back to the Police station. He sat down beside his parents and Lu Xiaoyu and begin his breathing exercise. He didn't stop until the morning.

Yang Chen saw 10 people other than Lu Xiaoyu and his parents.

" We want to go with you" said the people.

Yang Chen nodded and told them about his plan.

The people were shocked at first but after Yang Chen explained it in detail, they wanted to follow him.

First, they will be safe with Yang Chen. Second, they will become stronger following Yang Chen.

Yang Chen instructed them to carry guns with them and enough ammo for them. He will find equipment for them later in the trip.

Under Yang Chen instruction, They boarded the bus and started the trip to the Military base near Shingjing city.

Yang Chen sat next to the driver. His parents and Lu Xiaoyu sat near Yang Chen.

The trip to the military base will take around 2 days and rebuilding the base will take around 2 days. Also, one day spent in hunting Orcs and another day was spent in training Lu Xiaoyu.

This means that Yang Chen will waste 6 days from the Quest.

"I will have 10 days to look for Lu Wan, Lu Xiaoyu will stay in the base and protect the base while i go to the Shingjing city" thought Yang Chen.

Yang Chen started to think about farming weapons from monsters for the people while they rebuild the military base.

"Thankfully, they were trained in combat and once they get the equipment, I can go and level up without worrying about my parents" Yang Chen was thinking about the future.
