Rising To Grand Garden

As they changed dimensions to get back to the right world, Alexis wrapped them in a cloak of darkness.

"I'll stay in your shadow until I feel like coming out, you have to carry me around." Alexis says.

"According to me." Matt says.

Everything went black in front of Matt's eyes after a blink of an eye, he was back where he had disappeared, right in front of the entrance to the theater. A few meters in front of him, he could see Amy and Marie talking.

"Where should we start looking for him? The campus is so big" Marie says worriedly.

"Calm down, we should go to school first, maybe we'll find him at his locker." Amy says.

"Who are you looking for, girls?" Matt says confused.

"We're looking for you, Matt." Marie says worriedly.

"Matt!!!" The two say angrily.

Amazed, Matt is scratching his head.

"I thought they were looking for me, I think I'm getting in trouble." Matt thinks.

The two rushed towards him. Marie and Amy stand grimly in front of Matt. Matt chuckled.

"How can you just disappear and then appear as if nothing happened?" Marie screams angrily.

Amy nodded in agreement and crossed her arms in front of her c.h.e.s.t.

"I didn't intend to do that, I just wanted to get away before I went crazy." Matt says and tries to calm Marie down.

Matt explained to the two how it happened that he disappeared just as he came back.

"So you have your powers now?" Amy asks.

"Yes, it looks like that." Matt answered.

"Are you still a human?" Marie asks

"Who do you think you're talking to? Never put my master back on the same footing with a human." Alexis is nagging.

Matt forgot that Alexis can get out whenever she wants.

"Alexis calm down." Matt says.

Alexis emerges from Matt's shadow.

"No, I won't, I can't stand to watch all this f.u.c.k.i.n.g school look down on you Matt, you're a demon, why can't you accept that, I'm here to care for you when it's needed, not that mortal sc.u.m. " Alexis says angrily.

Matt sighs.

"I know that I am a demon, but I still have to put up with it." Matt says.

"Who do you think you're talking to, demon, show some respect when talking to a member of the Osiris clan." Marie says confidently.

"Don't pretend I have to respect you, you don't even have the power of the clan, I know some of you, but you're not nearly as strong as they are." Alexis says.

"Still, you should be careful ..." Marie says.

"That's enough now." Matt yells annoyed and interrupts Marie.

"Marie and Amy go to class, I'm going to the headmaster." Matt says.

"Okay let's go Marie." May says.

Amy grabbed Marie by the arm and pulled her until the two were inside the school again. Amy relaxed her grip and let Marie go.

"What should that be, Amy, I wasn't done yet." Marie says.

"I know but I just had a bad feeling, if that's true what Matt told us and that's also the case if you didn't feel it was a demon and also a damn strong one, Matt, on the other hand, has barely changed don't know what it means, but we have to be careful. " Amy says.

"Why are you afraid of Matt just because he's a demon, you don't have to be scared, it's still Matt?" Marie asks.

"I know that, but it's the same energy as always, if his power is unstable and he just runs amok and destroys everything in his path, I don't want to belong to it." Amy answers scared.

"I don't think Matt just runs amok and kills us." Marie says confidently.

"You're just too naive, we've only known him since yesterday as if he would recognize us when he's out of control, except that if his guardian is already incredibly strong, how strong he must be." Amy says scared

"You may be right I won't just leave him standing there just because he might run amok, I promised him that I'll take care of him, I take my promises seriously, and he's the first person to start a friendship with me . " Marie says.

"We are friends too." Amy says.

"Then behave yourself like that, since when have you been scared of friends." Marie says.

Amy stares at the floor, realizing how stupid it was to say something like that, but she was still terrified. Marie kept going and left Amy standing.

"What should I do?" Amy thinks.

Meanwhile, Matt arrived at school again.

"Alexis, why did you have to say that?" Matt asks.

"As I told you it can't go on that nobody respects you, you'll soon understand it once you meet your real parents." Alexis answers.

"My parents, that's ridiculous, they're only my biological parents nothing else, they just rejected me and you even though you were so loyal and did everything for them." Matt says angrily.

"No, that's not true, they did it to protect you." Alexis says.

"Anyway, I had only one family and this family has been snatched from me and I guess I can never see them anymore, now you want to tell me that I have another family here, but this family doesn't even have the pride to face me to greet me when I'm back." Matt says even more angrily.

Alexis raised her hand and hit Matt on the cheek.

"How can you just say something like that, you don't even know what happened twelve years ago." Alexis says angrily.

"I don't care what happened and now get lost, get out of my sight." Matt says.

"As you wish." Alexis says dejectedly.

Matt continued the way to Roy's office. He turned right around a corner when he felt a strange sensation. many thoughts hit him in the head, it was mainly evil thoughts he felt an unknown strong thirst for blood. as if in a trance, he staggers through the corridor, he tried to catch himself again but it was very difficult not to think about who he should kill to devour him or just for the sake of the blood. Completely confused by his thoughts, he continues to stumble. He walked around a corner again, in the middle of the hallway stood Gary and two huge muscle-packed guys. Matt kept walking toward them to get to Roy but when Matt was close enough to them, they locked him up.
