Sasha's Dream

They started for the village in the morning as usual. Sasha seemed a little tired. Doko had been noticing it for the past few days. He stayed quiet, though. He did not know what to tell her. Because, he did not know about her dreams. He was suspecting that she had heard the secret conversion between he and Lily. But, he thought wrong.

He was walking ahead of her but didn't keep much distance. As for Sasha, she looked down all the way. Finally, she found the urge to tell him.

"Doko..."

"Hmm?"

"I've been meaning to tell you something for a long time."

"What is it?"

"I've been having some weird dreams lately."

As he heard that, he guessed that it might've been the real reason and was relieved. He asked her to tell him all about it. And so, she told him everything about the dreams she could remember.

"They are just silly dreams. Don't worry too much about it," Doko said.

When she heard his reply, she put her trust on him. She thought that Doko couldn't say anything wrong. So, she decided not to brood over it anymore. She believed that if she did so, the dreams would gradually go away.

Doko, on the other hand, wasn't suggesting her anything. He only thought that it was for the best. Because, he knew what those dreams were. But, he wasn't sure if it was the right time to tell her. So, by telling her not to worry, he kept her at bay. Yet again, he felt a bit guilty.

Followed by a small moment of silence of awkwardness, Doko finally told her about their activities.

"By the way, before going to the village, I want to introduce you to another one of my friends."

Sasha was a little surprised at first when she heard him. She thought that she was the only one who could be called 'his friend'. Naturally, she wondered who it might be. So, she followed Doko to where his so called 'Friend' was.

"We're here."

It was a high land and beneath it was a wooden door. It was right under a big fat tree surrounded by long grass. Sasha stared at it as she found it a little familiar. She thought that it might've been from her dream but she wasn't certain.

Doko went ahead and knocked. After waiting for a while, the door started to open up slowly. Sasha was highly curious to see who and what was inside. After the door had finally opened completely, she tried her hardest to get a glimpse of want was inside. But, it was too dark to see.

"Does somebody really live here?"

"Well, yes. Apparently this is the usual." Doko answered being a bit embarrassed.

He took couple of steps forward into the darkness and called out,"Shito! You there?" Sasha tried to remember after hearing that name as it sounded familiar. But, she didn't recall anything after all. She walked ahead as well. After a short span of time, a small baby-like being came before them. Of course, Sasha couldn't see him because of the darkness.

"Shito! Lighten up the place a little. You know your guest can't see you well in the dark."

"I don't recall ever inviting her, you know."

"Hey, Shito!"

"Right, right..."

Then, suddenly, the whole place lightened up. Though it wasn't so bright, Sasha could see just fine. She felt unwelcome at first. But, after being able too see Doko's friend and his home, she became speechless as she was excited to see such a thing for the first time.

She didn't mind his rude behaviour or his grumpy and worrisome look. All she could think was,"He is so cute! I wanna pat him!"

Well, instead of saying that out loud, she introduced herself to him.

"I'm Sasha Adrene. Nice to meet you, Shito."

Hearing her, Shito got a little irritated.

"Hey! Why are you calling me by my name? We've never met before. I'm not a baby! I'm the weather controller of this land, you know?"

Sasha did think of him as a baby. But, she was a little curious as to the thing he was wearing on his head. It had some brown spikes and in the middle was a black shiny stone much like Doko's. Other than that, he was as short and cute as an innocent child. His pretty big eyes and little bouncy cheeks, his little adorable hands, the orange spiky hair on both sides and the type of sky blue dress he was wearing would make anyone think that he was a baby.



"Shito! Behave yourself!" Doko said out of embarrassment. Then he turned to Sasha and said,"I'm sorry. He is a little s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e when others think of him as a small child. He is actually really very old." Then he laughed secretly when he continued, "No wonder he looks grumpy!"

"Hey!" Shito shouted as he heard him laugh.

Sasha couldn't help but laugh, too. Shito turned at her and made a face which would normally indicate that a baby was about to cry. She stopped and smiled at him. She sat down to match his height and held his hands softly.

"Well, I think you look really cute and innocent, Mr. Shito. The crown that you're wearing is cute, too. Hope we get along well."

Shito blushed a little having Sasha so close to him. But, he snapped out of it soon and remembered that she mentioned something about a crown.

"This is not a crown! It is a gift from the great spirit of this world." Shito informed promptly.

"The great spirit?" Sasha asked him as she had not known anything about it.

"The great spirit of this world is the supreme being who has made this world and everything in it including me. She had given some gifts to some of us so that we can perform our duties accordingly for this land," Doko answered and then pointing out his collar with the black crystal, he said," This collar is gifted by her. As for Lily, she gifted her some unique abilities. These gifts make us special. It's the sign of our loyalty to her."

All those time, Sasha thought that Lily was the supreme one.  Hearing about the absolute supreme one, she started to have a hidden urge of meeting her. But, she kept quiet and said,"I see. That makes perfect sense."

She finally stood up and apologized to Shito.

"It must be very important to you. I'm sorry I addressed it in such an ill manner. Forgive me, Mr. Shito."

He blushed yet again and looked down.

"Ugh! Just drop it. Call me Shito."
