The Maniacal General With His Crazy System

[Host, I have found a universe that might fit Host's requirements of either strong people or with potential.] The System spoke out suddenly as it found quite a few universes and worlds, but one of them stood out for now.

"Oh, that's great…!" Averill's eyes narrowed when he heard the System saying that it had finally found a good world for him. He didn't think much of the confused expression of Saitama or Laura before he said. "Take us there, now."

Before Saitama or Laura could think of anything, they felt that they were being pulled out of the Domain. And in an instant, what they could see changed greatly. From one moment, they saw stars, planets and galaxies around themselves, and the very next moment, they saw a city below of themselves.

A few seconds earlier to this, a rip in the sky suddenly appeared. And with the appearance of that tear, a strong and heavy presence could be felt by everyone in the city. Some of them couldn't help but kneel down in pain due to the pressure, and some even passed out instantly. But there were also a few who gazed towards the sky with a concerned expression.

Yet there were also a couple of humans who weren't worried at all, but they began looking towards the tear high up in the sky, getting prepared for what was to come, though none of them were afraid.

Averill, Saitama and Laura arrived high up in the sky above a rather modern city. Saitama began waving his hands as he thought he was going to fall, yet for some reason he didn't. Laura was more calm than Saitama, at least on the outside, but she was also surprised by suddenly appearing high up in the sky.

Neither did Saitama nor Laura think that the fall wouldn't even harm a single cell on their bodies if they fell from this hight. Rather, the ground around their crash would cave in.

Averill was easily able to use his Magical Powers to make himself and others stay in the air and even fly. Averill could do much more than that with his Magical Powers, yet he didn't think of it too much as he had other ways to fight that are much simpler.

The second Averill arrived here, he spread his aura in an instant and covered the entire planet. The planet began trembling and there were a few elderly people who lost their conscious. The eyes of Averill didn't change too much as he scanned what people lived here, he found that there were quite a few races that lived on the planet. Some would have called them aliens, but Averill didn't care about doing that.

That was because they were the same in front of Averill, either people to kill, or people that might be useful for him. He noticed that there were a few people that were quite strong on this planet, but his senses weren't focused on them, rather than that, he was focused on someone else. That person wasn't strong at all in physical senses, yet that person caught Averill's attention for a brief moment.

But Averill's eyes didn't stay on the planet for too long as his sharp eyes went up in the sky. His gaze managed to see many things in the universe, some were far away, and some were close. Yet what they all had in common was that they were stronger than Laura and most likely on the same level as Saitama or near it.

The weird smile on Averill's face curved upwards as it warped into a smile that could only be seen as someone who had gone mad. The maniacal smile was clearly shown on Averill's face because he was expecting a lot in this universe, even if he couldn't 'recruit' a few soldiers, he would at least have fun seeing their futile attempts in trying to kill him. Because Averill noticed that all of their gazes were also on himself, Saitama and Laura.

There was a man sleeping inside the sun, his appearance couldn't be seen, but he woke up due to a crazy amount of aura suddenly appeared on Earth. The man turned his gaze towards Earth and saw the appearance of three people, two of them seemed human and their possible threat were high. But the last of the three didn't seem human at all and the eerie feeling that came from him even made the man in the sun tremble. "… This is not the right time to come out. But, if any of you three tries anything funny, I will not hold back…" The man whispered in a soft voice that only he could hear before he continued sleeping. There were too many aliens on Earth, and he couldn't deal with all of them right now due to he needed to get stronger before a stronger threat was coming to Earth. He trusted his friends back on Earth to protect the civilians.

Almost everyone on Earth and the people that managed to feel Averill's presence turned careful of the situation because the Averill's presence couldn't be ignored at all. But there was one person who became happy about it.

That man was staying on Earth, he was a normal human being and the pressure felt from Averill's presence almost crushed his body, yet he laughed. "Ahahahah!" Even when he was on the ground, he laughed madly without stopping. The people around himself were crying or couldn't even cry because of the pain.

There was one main difference in appearance of himself and the others around himself. He had a clown make-up on his face with a huge red smile, and his hair was greener than grass. He began laughing over and over again without stopping because he knew one thing, that the 'new guy' who appeared had gazed at him for a brief moment, and in that brief moment, the pain was so unbearable for any man to stay alive. Yet he thrived in that pain which made him laugh even louder. "You don't scare me, ahaha! Let me show you what I can do when I find you, ahahah!" His laughter spread throughout the entire room.

It was then that the green haired man with clown make-up felt the gaze was put back on him. "Ahaha! You're actually looking at me? That's great! Come! Come and I'll make you happy and smile! I'll make it so that you will have a smile plastered on your face forever! Ahahaha!" He was like a madman who didn't care about any kind of pain or pressure that was placed on his body.

To the green haired man it was rather a joyful moment that someone crazy appeared on Earth.
