The Ancient One refrained from saying 'I take in people who are broken, either physically or mentally.' "I understand. I do wish to teach you the Mystic Arts, are you willing to learn from me? It can bring peace to your mind, and it might give you a few good abilities such as teleporting and making your own Mirror Dimension." What Ancient One would rather say, is how her teaching can benefit him in the long run and grow stronger.

But what the Ancient One didn't know, was that Averill could grow stronger by doing nothing, and his current strength was almost at the apex. Yet Averill couldn't deny it, the abilities that the Ancient One showed him did fascinate him, the ability of teleporting and making a 'mirror dimension'. He kept the smile on his face as he replied. "Yeah, I am willing to learn the Mystic Arts under you."

"The Masters of the Mystic Arts were first founded in Earth's ancient history by Agamotto. Following his discovery of other dimensions, Agamotto found ways to draw power from these alternate universes to create magic spells. However, realizing that these new dimensions also introduced the possibility of the world being threatened by extradimensional threats, Agamotto formed the Masters of the Mystic Arts as a league of magic practitioners, dedicated to learning magic so to safeguard the Earth from dimensional evils." The Ancient One began explaining the founding of her organization; Masters of the Mystic Arts.

She then presented the sling ring to Averill, it was a two-fingers ring. "This is a sling ring, this ring is imbued with the power to make portals between any points in the universe; acting as a portal." The Ancient One began explaining slowly about the sling ring and its many abilities.

Only after a few minutes of explaining how to use the sling ring, did the Ancient One give the ring to Averill.

Averill held the ring, he raised an eyebrow slightly as he felt the magical power inside of the ring, but something felt off about it. 'System, are you able to sense it too?'

[Yes Host, I am able to sense it too. This so-called sling ring is a connector to another divine entity. Host, as you are also a Divine Entity, you are able to create such Magical Power by yourself and would not need to use it from another mere weak divine entity.]

This surprised Averill slightly, he had indeed not forgotten about his new race; Divine Entity, but he didn't know anything about it. 'Then, can I use Magical Power without wearing this ring?'

[No, Host is not able to use Magical Power without using a ring.] The System responded to the question without any hesitation.

'Heh.' Averill caught up on what the System meant. 'System, use the Summoning Ability. I want to summon a ring that can connect to the Magical Powers of mine.'

The moment Averill thought of that, a blending light appeared in the hand of Averill. A smirk slowly appeared on Averill's face.

But on the other side, the Ancient One was shocked. She stared at the hand of Averill, in his ring-finger, a ring appeared. The ring was made out of a black material which was seemingly s.u.c.k.i.n.g the light around it, and on top of the ring was a mark, a mark of a clock.

In all of the future possibilities that she had seen, the Ancient One had never seen this before. This could only mean one thing; "Averill, are you a Divine Entity?" The Ancient One was too surprised about this. There were quite a few Divine Entities around the universe, but all of them were restricted. Scratch that, because in front of the Ancient One; was an unrestricted Divine Entity that could destroy the whole Universe if he wished for it.

As much as this would terrify anyone else in the universe, it didn't scare the Ancient One. Because it didn't matter if Averill was a Divine Entity or a Human, for Averill was himself no matter what.

Averill raised one of his eyebrows slightly. "I am, does that matter? I made my own ring because I felt the presence of another divine entity in the ring you gave me." Averill shook his head slightly whilst giving back the two-finger ring to the Ancient One.

"No, it doesn't matter at all." The Ancient One replied as she smiled. "I will make us a Mirror Dimension. Even if you are a Divine Entity, I will teach you how I use my Magical Powers." When the Ancient One didn't see Averill saying anything, she raised her arm and muttered. "Mirror Dimension."

The room looked the same, but Averill could feel the mirror dimension much easier now after wearing the ring. 'System, does this ring make me more s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e to Magical Power?' This was one of the only explanations he could have for being able to feel the mirror dimension now when he couldn't do it last time.

[Host is correct, the ring is a medium between your Magical Power and your body. It will allow Host to use his Magical Power without any hassle and sensing Magical Power that is being released nearby.] The System replied without letting any second pass.

"Averill, I will show you the basic of making a portal." The Ancient One explained briefly before raising her hand and then slowly moving it in a circular movement which made a golden portal appear by her side.

For some unknown reason, Averill tilted his head slightly to the left for a mere second before he straightened his head. His smile wanted to turn into a smirk, but it didn't, yet his eyes which were usually sharper than swords, were now showing expression of being happy. Averill was able to clearly sense what the Ancient One did as she made the portal.

The Ancient One had used the ring as a connector to the Magical Power with the Divine Entity, then she basically placed the Magical Power in two different places before connecting them. This was basically the process of making the portal. And Averill sensed it clearly, he knew how she did it with only a gaze.

Averill closed his eyes, he had already sensed the Magical Power from the Ancient One and knew how it felt. He then tried sensing it inside of himself, it only took him a few seconds before he found the feeling of his Magical Power, it was basically overflooding inside of his body. Averill then simply used his Magical Power and placed it in two different places in the Mirror Dimension, and then he thought of connecting them.

The Ancient One was gazing at Averill, from the moment he closed his eyes, he only had them closed for dozen seconds or so before he opened them. But the Ancient One saw a black portal appearing near Averill, she felt it was strange that Averill didn't need to raise his hand to make it, but it didn't surprise her too much. Being a Divine Entity should have given him more benefits of using his Magical Power.

And right at the moment Averill made the portal, the Mirror Dimension they were in broke. Averill didn't move yet he felt being pushed inside his own portal.

Averill wanted to laugh out loudly as he travelled through his portal. It wasn't until he came out on the other side that he began laughing. "HAHAHA!" His laughter was booming around the area, he could see that he was in a city but not which one.

A laser shot towards Averill, but Averill didn't care one bit about it. He continued laughing as his face twisted into a cruel smile.
