*Roar*

"It came from the right.", Sun thought and flew to that direction.

Shortly after that, another 'Roar' sounded. The sound seemed to come from a hidden cave. He made some light using his guns and prepared to enter.

Sun cautiously entered and found a little black baby lizard lying there and playing around with some bones.

Its body was too small and it's head too big. It always fell on its head when it moved forward.

Sun found the scene quite amusing and observed it for a while.

After making sure this reptile baby isn't hostile towards him he went to pick it up.

However, when his fingers touched it, he felt immense magical power - and it all came from the little clumsy lizard.

"This is indeed one.", Sun smiled while looking at the cute little demon baby.

Now Sun understood the aggressiveness of the beast. He figured that the little guy must be the baby of that beast they're fighting and the mother wanted to protect it.

"Now, you're so cute and unique~ I want to take you home!", Sun's weakness with this little d.o.g.g.y came to light, but he figured that the main problem lies within the mother.

"But why is it a lizard and no wolf or dog-like baby?", Sun asked himself.

"Sylvie? Do you know what this guy is?"

After the question, a little light ray materialized and the goddess came a second later.

She looked at Sun first and then at the lizard and repeated it several times.

"Huh? Why is it not hostile towards you?", she asked in a bewildered tone.

"Hm? What do you mean? It's just a lizard baby.", Sun jerked his shoulders.

"No, it's not. This one is a rare species mixture of the golden alpine wolf and a shadow dragon. I can see its anatomy and feel the difference in its magical power.", she said and carefully looked at the lizard.

"It's a half-dragon?"

"No, the Genes of the Dragon is dominant thus making it a real dragon, but a little different modified body structure.", she answered.

"Is this a biology class?", Sun asked.

"Its father is a shadow dragon. These dragons are treacherous beings in nature. She paused for a second and analyzed the little guy again.

"Hm. Maybe it's because of the mutation error. Anyway, you should be careful with it...", her eyes got bigger and bigger as she watched Sun throwing the lizard in the air and catching it again, like a ball.

"I said be careful...", she repeated and shook her head.

*Hizz*

The lizard stretched its tongue out and looked somewhat happy.

"See. It likes it.", Sun said while throwing it again.

"Oh gosh ..."

...

"I've made up my mind. I'm going to take this guy home. We seem to understand each other.", Sun said after a while.

"No no no, I can't allow this.", Sylvie protested.

"Why not? Bell, you're coming with me, right?", Sun said to the lizard.

It looked at Sun with its little reptile eyes for some seconds then it nodded.

"Bell? Did you just name him?"

"Yes, why not?"

"Oh ... nevermind. I tried. I don't care anymore. Just be careful outside, I can still sense the strong magic presence of the mother beast."

"Got it. Thank you.", Sun said and Sylvie dissolved into thin air.

Sun looked around for a bit and decided to put Bell under his c.h.e.s.t armor plate.

"Stay there, you got that?"

"Oh, you're a dude.", Sun checked his genitals before finally placing him under the c.h.e.s.t.

After that, he went to back to his friends.

*Grrr*

The monster was still full of energy, meanwhile, his friends sweated a lot and their magic power is nearly completely depleted.

William and the others did not seem to notice Sun's absence from before.

"We can't continue anymore. It's too strong. We need to call backup.", Talan screamed.

Their plan was going for the belly of the beast, but it was even harder than the fur - strangely.

"You're right. But we can't let it run free in this forest either!", William shouted.

"Then we just need to trap it, right?", Sun butted in.

"Trapping? How are you going to trap a high-class demon here? With a furball or what?", William asked.

"No need for that. Just let me handle it.", Sun said.

Back then, with Minerva, he was also taught advanced sealing techniques. He figured that it might be possible to cast them with the guns he had.

"We can't. You will die.", Sara said.

"Trust me. I was a pupil of Minerva. I know my limits.", Sun said in a calm tone.

"Okay, let the beast go.", William said

"What?! We can't just...", Sara said but Talan came in.

"I trust him too. Sun is an interesting boy.", he said.

"Okay, on three.

Two.

Three!", William commanded and on 'three' all of them jumped back.

*ROAR*

Now that the beasts full attention is solely on Sun, it also noticed it's baby there.

*ROAR*

After the second one, it dashed with unbelievably fast towards Sun. It wanted to rip him apart.

"-siglium absolute.", Sun finished his spell and a white light surrounded the beast and stopped its movement. Its claws were just an inch away from Sun's head.

"Now, hehe. I may not be able to damage you, but I can still immobilize you.", he said and looked into the beasts golden eyes.

Despite the beautiful color, it was filled with hatred and killing intent.

"Now, William. Make a strong earth cell."

"Dude! Why did you not do this before we fight? I risked my life in the last minutes for nothing!", he complained in a humorous tone and started to chant his spell.

"Seriously, what did she taught you?", Sara shook her head in unbelieve.

"Hm. Interesting.", Talan observed the spell around the beast in astonishment.

...

"I'm done. Put it in there.", William said.

In the last minute, he created a 20-meter deep cell with 10 meter thick walls.

Sun moved the body slowly over the cell and disenchanted the spell.

The beast fell with a 'boom' sound on the ground.

William quickly sealed it up from the above, so the beast can't escape anymore.

"We trapped it. See!", Sun pointed out that fact.

"Yes. Thank you and take that you little bastard!", William rubbed his hands on Sun's hair.

"Ow, stop that.", Sun laughed.

Sara and Talan also laughed.

...

"Now, we need to go back and report this case.", William said after a little break.

"At least today's mission can be called a success. The nest was cleared after all.", Sara said.

"Does that mean I can ascend in my Hunter Rank?", Sun asked with desperate eyes.

"Mhh. It's not that simple.", she answered and tried to comfort him with a smile.

"Aw. Whatever.", Sun was a little bit disappointed.

"Well, if we're lucky, we can get something from the beast over there.", Talan said and pointed at the cell, which was now fully concealed.

"Oh, you're right.", William said.

"Let's head back for now.", Sara said and opened the portal.

All four of them jumped into it and entered in the backroom of the Warfare Shop.

After arrival, all of them transformed back to their usual look, Sun noticed the Bell moving inside his pocket and needn't worry about him now.

Sun looked at the clock and noticed that two hours have already passed since his arrival here.

"Well, thank you for the experience today. I need to head back.", Sun said.

"Oh, really? Don't you want to come with us to a bar?", William asked.

"Sorry, I'm still underage.", Sun said and smiled wryly.

"Party pooper", William pouted.

"Hehe. Maybe next time.", Sun said and waved at them before heading out to the streets.
