Luckily for them, Miko had driven the company van inside the gates to the residence the day before after asking to stay and train because, waiting for them on the other side of the gate that morning was a sea of reporters and paparazzi. All Ye Sakura and Miko needed to do was get in to the van and drive off through the gates. Granted, it did take a little while getting past all the reporters and paparazzi that tried to stop the van. Regardless they got through without any major problems.

Waiting for them at the front of the company building, however, was the same thing, reporters and paparazzi not to mention the fans that were also mixed into the crowd. This was where Miko had to make a tough decision. They could either attempt to weasel their way through the crowd to get inside through the front entrance or they could drive around to a back entrance. However, as Miko had not said anything about how she had been an assassin to Sakura yet, she was afraid of both options.

She knew that by now, a replacement was probably already in place. The back entrance where there were no people was a perfect spot for her replacement to ambush them. But, as for the front entrance with a huge crowd of people, her replacement could use that crowd as cover to get close to them and use poison needles or one of many other inconspicuous attacks that would not draw attention.

In the end, Miko decided that taking the back entrance would be safer on both counts, they would not have to deal with the crowd and they could potentially have a chance to see the attack of her replacement coming. Unfortunately for her, she had very much underestimated the will and smarts of fans and paparazzi as a crowd had also formed at the back entrance.

Parking the van as close as she could to the doors of the back entrance which happened to be the entrance into the building from the underground parking lot, Miko turned around to look at Ye Sakura.

"Master Ye, we should be extra careful. What happened yesterday could happen again." Miko decided to warn Sakura so that she would have her guard up. Sakura, on the other hand, who did not need the warning, felt happy that her new student was worried about her but, this "Master Ye" business was starting to get to her.

"Miko, please start calling by my given name, Sakura, again. I may be your teacher now but I would feel more comfortable that way."

Surprised by the change in topic, Miko took a few seconds to respond.

"Uh, if that's what you wish, um, Sa… Sakura." Even though Sakura had said "again," this was actually the first time Miko had used her given name.

After calling the companies security to come to the back entrance and form a path for them, Miko quickly got out of the van and rushed to open the door for Sakura. Ye Sakura then stepped grandly out of the van as the crowd surrounding them went wild.

Lu Lan had gone straight to the Ye residence after landing in City T. However, even though it was early in the morning and the sun had yet to rise, she was surprised to see a bunch of people crowding around the front gate. Giving up on the idea of trying to ambush them here as they left, Lu Lan decided to head for the next most likely place for them to show up, the Ye Corporation building.

Seeing a similar crowd of people at the front entrance, Lu Lan, knowing Miko's training, decided to head for that back entrance as Miko would probably try to avoid the crowd. Once in the underground parking lot, she found that there were still a few people standing near the entrance to the building. As she was almost one hundred percent certain that this was the entrance that Miko and Sakura would use, she realized that she would need to deal with having these people around somehow.

Hiding herself in a location that left the entrance in full view, Lu Lan, who normally had her emotions suppressed, started to get annoyed as one after another more people started showing up. The more people that arrived, the harder it would be for her to execute her plan and, before long, there were to many people waiting near the entrance forcing her to switch to a different one.

However, the increasing size of the crowd was not her only problem as that feeling of annoyance had reawakened the emotions she felt for Miko that she had attempted to lock away back when her plane landed. And, as hard as she tried to push them back into their box, the more time that went by, meaning that the time that her targets would arrive was getting closer. Therefore, those emotions only grew.

That was when she saw it, Ye Sakura's van had arrived. It stopped right next to the curb that was closest to the doors. The sight of the van sent her heart pounding. Had she ever felt like this before? The van sat parked for a few minutes before the driver's door opened and she saw the girl, who she had watch from the shadows for many years that was now her target, rush over to the vans back doors to open them.

It was not until this moment that she asked herself, "Can I do this?"
