Mordred made a deal with Death.
He has to destroy the Deathly Hallows that Death will make in the future and the find Horcruxes of some upstart Dark Lord in exchange for his keeping his memories in the next great adventure. Fair enough, isn't it?

I'll try to bring out a chapter a week, but dependent on my motivation and free time there maybe won't be any or maybe I will bring out two.
